If I could give negative stars, I would. This is the worst customer service ever experienced. I applied for an apartment and when I go a DAY before move in, they tell me it will be a different one. When I asked for an explanation or solution, they offered the one I originally applied for, with an extra $200 per month on the rent. The manager Jorge is extremely unreliable and when I cancelled my application, I requested my ORIGINAL documents that I paid for and he told me he could not give them to me. When i asked why, he gave me an answer that had 0 legal grounds (as per my lawyer). They never answer phone calls or emails. The apartments are nice but they really need a new management team or that building will not fill up the way it should. Do not move here unless you want horrible service, an unreliable and rude manager and an apartment that you were not expecting. Oh and they also have not issued my refund for the administrative fee.

Scheduled an appointment last week for a tour. I show up 10 mins prior for the appointment, and no one from leasing staff is there. After waiting and calling 30 mins a custodian informs me the leasing agent went home sick for the day and didn't bother emailing me to reschedule the appointment, posting a sign on the door, or leaving a voicemail. Since then I've called and emailed to see about scheduling another tour, but have received no response. If this is an indication of how they treat residents, I'll pass. I've never had this much trouble trying to give a location my money.
