I didn’t even bother to try the food here. I passed by and I walked in to order and use the bathroom but upon taking a quick look I walked right out. I was afraid of eating their food considering what the place looked like in the customer area, didn’t even want to think what it looked like outside. I tried to order drinks but they were out of cup holders so I decided just to take a few pictures before leaving to save anyone the trouble or the chance of getting sick. I also need to mention that there was no one at the counter for a while, the clerk was inside the kitchen most of the time so I would not be surprised if the person handling the register is also making your burger.

I started coming here a lot with my boyfriend for late night munchies, every time i would go the experience would get worse. not only do i receive a different hot dog every time i order the SAME one, they need to enhance their speakers because their employees never seem to understand what im trying to order, will have to repeat myself 4-5 times. i literally started taking pictures of my hot dog because i could not believe how different my NY hotdog looked every single time.

Unfortunately there was 7 cars in the drive thru, so I decided to park and order from one of the parking kiosks where there was only two other vehiclea parked out of 20 kiosks. After about 20 mins someone rudely came on the speaker to take our order. We come here often and have never had this happen before. The lady who brought the food was very kind. I sure hope this is a new trend because we enjoy coming here for our weekly sweet treat and Burgers.

Every time we visit, we have more bad experiences than we do good ones. It's always very slow service even if they're are hardly any patrons. When we pressed the red button for service, it took nearly an hour and we had to keep pressing the button because it would time out. When our food was delivered, it was all wrong. We weren't given condiments we requested, we weren't given utensils to eat our food, they didn't even put ice in our drinks! When we pressed the button so that we could get these items, after 45 minutes and the button activation timing out, we decided to drive up to the window. There was already a long line for the drive through and we just drove straight up to the window begging for the items. We watched through the window as they continued to make every person's drinks with no ice. When we asked if there was an ice shortage, they said no. As we drove past the stall we were at to leave, the button was still activated 🙄 in the past, this location is also notorious for canceling your orders. One time I called to see why my order was canceled. They said they didn't have the item, so since I already paid, I asked if they could substitute the item they didn't have with another item of the same cost, they said their manager wouldn't allow it. When I asked to speak to the manager, the manager said no, canceled my entire order, and had the associate hang up on me. For months I refused to come back to this place, but I gave it another try. Literally three more times. Each time was worse than the last. I'm going to drive well out of my way to a different Sonic because it's pretty clear that this staff can't get their ish together.

We sat and waited about 25 min for someone to take our order after we hit the button. Other cars were just leaving. Went inside thinking maybe the service there was better. There was 3 people standing in line and after about 5 min, no one even came out of the back to take any order. Really sucked because I hadn't had sonic in years. Drove over 30 min out of my way to eat it, and didn't even get it. So upsetting!

We went and were so excited because it's a far drive, almost an hour each way for us to visit sonic. The service was terrible. It took forever to receive our food and when we did, our order was incomplete. We asked several times but we never got the correct order despite the fact that we were eating THERE. I asked multiple times for marinara sauce for the cheese sticks, we had to ask multiple times for our slushies, and when we finally got them they were the wrong flavors. In fact we were both given an UNDRINKABLE lemonade. It was unbelievably sour. It tasted like they had poured pure citric acid into it, and trying to drink it made my throat sore the next day from the acidity. The sandwich my friend got he said was okay. We'll never make the drive again unfortunately.

I went to Sonic Druve In at Miami Gardens, FL parked in stall #15, placed my order and paid for the same. After watching the screen which “tracks the order” I was notified Sharee would be bringing the order. Twenty minutes passed by and I had no food nor any explanations. I pressed the order button and inquired why there hadn’t been anything brought out as yes and a no named, teenaged female voice instructed me to come through the drive through. Although I protested, I complied, having to wait an additional seven or more minutes before accessing the order speaker there, where I requested to speak with the manager. A lady emerged from behind the employee door wearing a bonnet, the Sonic polo and pants with slides on her feet. She greeted me professionally and asked what my issue was. When I began explaining my disappointment with the service and inquire as to why it was necessary for me to get in the drive thru line after having already been thru the ordering process as well ad payment, the lady who never gave her name, cut me off to tell me “cause we ain’t got nobody”. When I expressed that it was rude for her to over talk me and cut me off without hearing my thoughts, she turned and walked away mumbling as she returned to the restaurant’s interior. At this point there remained three vehicles ahead of me in drive thru. When I arrived finally at the window, I expressed to the young man working the window that I wanted my money returned. The young man asked my name and when he had been given it, the window was closed abruptly. In approximately a minute or two thereafter the window opened to the unnamed bonnet wearing manager who was handing me a receipt for the refund while saying “ Here you go”. And the window closed abruptly a second time. After reviewing the receipt, I drove away, and I am now writing this narrative not more than ten minutes post to all that took place. I have to say I expected much better service than what was received. I doubt seriously that I will ever return to that location, and I question the judgment of corporate leadership that placed such unprofessional persons in charge of their brand.

Very rude staff, please increase their wages to see if attitude to customers will improve. Terribly slow service for one burger and one drink over 15 minutes waiting.
