I can't believe the garbage they sell. Just drove there for a large 2 topping pizza dry and chewy. Not a good combination last time I order from there

This is the worst pizza hut by far. No matter if you are placing an order by phone or in person its always a problem. I mean down to completeing a simple survey , no one had a clue on what to do. Mind you I to ask for my receipt to even obtain the code. And no one knew what to do after. I will never visit miami shores pizza hut ever again.

Worst service ever! been on hold for a good hour and no one is letting me know when my order will get here. It's so frustrating and I don't know what to do or who to call for my order.

This is an awesome location and the staff is pleasant and efficient. The pizza is prepared as ordered and of course it's delicious.

No no . Do not order pizza it’s disgusting there. Also there pasta tasted old I didn’t eat it. Also they told me that I had to add more items for delivery. After I checked out online I don’t understand why they call and ask questions. It’s very inconvenient and I rather not eat Pizza Hut at this location ever again.

I ordered a pizza for carry out at 9pm (they close at midnight) I get there at 9:15 and they’re closed. The lady inside saw me walk up to the door and she turned off the lights and ran to the back. Didn’t offer no explanation or no apology.

The lack of pepperoni on the pizza was very disappointing. On some slices, I had only 1 piece of pepperoni. No slice had more than 3 pieces. I would have returned it for a refund if I had the opportunity to. JUST AWFUL.
