Mannequin Cafe C.i.c.

I tried the polish sausage sandwich, the polish sausage panini, pierogi and the hot and sour soup they sometimes have on, as well as a donut. Could not recommend this place enough, not only because the food was absolutely delicious, but the staff there are so lovely. They let me have a free sample of soup to see if I liked it, and were generally just lovely welcoming people.

Got the polish deli wrap after reading one of the reviews on here - it wasn't the best wrap I've ever had, however that is a crowded field and a v high bar - it was still delicious. Pierogi was also great, as was the cake. But the highlight was the service, so friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Middlesbrough or otherwise!

Had a breakfast this morning there, and it was amazing. We were two adults and a kid and a very lovely lady asking about our wishes and choices. We got the feeling she asked not because of the options itself but to get us exactly what would make us happy. And happy we were after we had eaten. The food was really good and made with an extra portion of love. We even got some hand-made pirogy for breakfast. It's totally worth a visit.

A friend at work recommended Mannequin Cafe to me yesterday, so my wife and I went at dinner time. We both ordered the Grilled Polish Deli Wrap and both agreed that it is possibly the best wrap either of us has ever had. The atmosphere is fantastic in here and you genuinely feel like you have been invited into a friends home. The staff are lovely and we have already made plans to go back next week with our daughter. You really should make time in your day to give them a try, you will not be dissapointed........ As an edit we did go back the week after and had Krokiety and Pierogi. They were AMAZING!
