Eatza Pizza

Very very disappointed with service was sentbtex st 10.10 to say piazza was out for delivery at 11.00 it finall arrived as you can imagine it was cold. Phone shop to be told they would send next available driver back out to collect pizza then head office could issue a refund to which I told them first that mean I would have to wait another 45 mins for someone to collect cold pizza. Told them I would be in bed for them to tell me to leave it out gorvdriver to collect said I would leave it at end of drive which they did you can't leave there as someone would pick it up they would soon leave it as was bloody cold. Neadless to say won't be buying pizza from dominos again very bad service

Valentino’s Middlesborough. Half Parmo with chips. Delivery was late by 20 mins, driver knocked on the complete wrong door so neighbour wasn’t really happy with me. Food was stone cold (no exaggeration) probably because the delivery was late. I asked for garlic all over the food which they clearly ignored. Complete waste of money as it went in the bin so settled with a frozen pizza instead. Ordered here from the past and had no issues... Definitely not going here again, it’s put me off. Especially when I took one bite of the parmo and all I could taste was fatty bits 🤢

Food undercooked second time in a row, even after asking for well-done. Not only so but as I took a bite out a slice of pizza I found a curly hair within the base of it.. I won't tell you what I done next, But would like EVERYONE! To stop and think what takeaways are capable of, if they so much as don't like certain types of people, backgrounds or such. Makes me sick Won't ever be using this pizza shop again! Think I'll take my own words into consideration and only eat and spend money with professional fast food businesses!

Ordered online and takeaway declined my order however my money was still pending out of my bank account into eatza pizzas bank account; I rang up to ask what was going on and why they declined my order. Man on the phone was very rude and seemed uninterested, when I asked to talk to someone else to help me he simply starting laughing and put the phone down multiple times. All I wanted was advice on what time do and answer to what had happened and I got laughed at. Man on phone left me feeling very disempowered and helpless.

The food turned up late. The delivery driver was very rude, there was no need for the way they acted. I ordered 30 pounds worth of food, the delivery driver said to me there is your food and only brought me 3 pizza's after me telling him that the jalapeño poppers where missing, he then said "I've left them at another house". We had to go to the shop and get a refund for the food, they where reluctant at first however the manager was very professional and realised what had happened.

what an absolute pathetic excuse of a pizza shop. Food was late and cold, the order was completely wrong. They then took 2 pound for extra sauce we asked for and we didnt even get it! Delivery driver was extremely rude and so was the shop when we rang up to complain. There are a ridiculous amount of reviews saying the same things. Dont waste your money on these complete idiots

Terrible service told 45 min to an hour and still no delivery after an hour and a half. Rang them a few times asking where it was only to be told it's on it's way will be there 10 mins, absolute rubbish still didn't turn up. We are currenly still waiting 2 hours after we have ordered. I have no doubt that it would take be worth waiting for if it ever turns up! Definitely will not be ordering g from here again
