O'charley's Of Middletown

My sister looked forward to a dish she had there a year ago. Of course, it was no longer on the menu. I ordered the Bayou Shrimp Pasta, which was good. Our waitress, Amy, went way beyond what she had to do. She went to that day's chef and explained how disappointed my sister was. He was able to remember what dish she described and changed up her order of the Bayou Shrimp to be more like her memory. We had planned to stop on our way back to order that memory meal PLUS and a carryout of the same (that's how good the original was), but we didn't think it would be worth it. But, Amy wa definitely the highlight of our O'Charley experience. Btw, the ladies room was unusable.

My son and I went to O’Charley’s for lunch on Saturday. We were seated immediately and within a minute the waitress, Emma, ordered our drinks. She was very friendly and efficient. We both ordered the sirloin. Mine was medium and his medium rare. Both steaks were perfectly cooked. Everything was flavorful and delicious. This has been one of the best eating experiences we’ve had all year.

I've been going to this location since I was child. The rolls and butter have continuously changed which is disappointing but I figure that's on corporate. The staff have always been really kind and helpful, usually going over and beyond from managers, cooks and wait staff to provide great service and resolve any issues. My last experience, Kelsey was a really great waitress. She was very kind and patient with my aunt, grandma and I. Only issue, last time the floor mats weren't out, which in inclement weather could be hazardous.

It's got an easy menu in case you're someone that struggles choosing something. Options in combos, how you like your meat, and of course great appetizers. Nothing...hits...like..the...bread ;) Service was great too. Very kind, attentive, and courteous. Didn't really have a problem. I'd say it's a nice place for a Sunday lunch.
