I ordered a salad from Bob Evans in Middletown/Franklin. I paid almost $5.00 for this salad. I called to speak to the manager. He interrupted me the whole time I was speaking. The only thing he said was he would give me a refund, no apologies offered. This is not the first time I have received a terrible order from them.
