Pizza E Birra

I visited Pizza E Birra Saturday midday and this place was great. The the employees, the food, the drinks and just the atmosphere was great. Nice outdoor sitting and also had live music. The burger I had was of the chain and the breakfast pizza my friend had was also great. Next time I'm in Middletown, I'm going back to this place. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We love this restaurant but today Sunday 11:10 am it was not what I expected. The waitress was very nice . When we arrived at 11:10 the waitress sat us down and the girl behind the bar was not happy with us coming before 12:00 . So from now on my family will go somewhere else for lunch. We should have left because it seem like the atmosphere was not welcoming.

This establishment was really nice, was clean, a little under staffed. Has quite a bit of parking, nice choice of music playing in the background, not too loud but enough to conversation and still enjoy the music in between socializing and breaks in the conversation while eating. We went with a party of ten they had no issues with doing separate checks. Here's where being understaffed hurt the establishment,,, some of our dinners came out before our appetizers, I asked for Mayo for my burger and didn't get it until my burger was almost done, infact I didn't even need it by the time they brought it to me. I'm not going to fault our two waitresses cause it's not their fault they took care of us the best they could with the amount of patrons that were at the establishment when we went there. The appetizers were a little high priced for the amount they give, so go there planning to spend $30-$35 bucks or more per adult and that's not including any alcoholic beverage, just a soda or iced tea and not including a tip either. The establishment is nice, we were treated to the best of their ability being short staffed but I would go again if I was in the area. Check it out if you're in the area 🤜🤛🇺🇲

Poor service!!!! I was also left on hold on a separate occasion for over 20 minutes when placing an order. The staff is so immature and lack a ton of professionalism. The woman that picked up the phone to take my order didn't even want to take care of me - you can sense it over the phone. There are a ton of wonderful restaurants in the area, don't waste your time here!
