Cugino's

The food is pretty good. But they can not get an order correct to save there lives. We order from them often, and they are nice people and all but somthing is wrong every time we order.. Not sure how to reply to the owners response. So im editing this review here. Thank you for your response, we order under a different name, thank you for your offer to credit or refund but it is not needed. I just hope for better order taking. Again. We do enjoy the food and things happen, so we understand. I hope you feel better soon thank you.

This place is poorly managed and disorganized . The other day I ordered a large plain pizza and garlic knots for pickup. I called in at around 5:30pm and was told 30-35mins. I got there at 6:15 and stood there and waited until 6:50 to finally get my simple order. This was not the only time there was a problem with a pickup order. Others times the staff all seem to run around looking like chickens with their heads cut off. Never going back to them.

Must express gratitude to the owners/staff of Cuginos. I am overly surprised to see that customer satisfaction still matters. I placed a take out order only to find my order incomplete upon arriving home. Called in to have charges removed. I was rewarded with generous, prompt service, correction and compensation. What is even more food was great. Definitely gained a loyal customer. Thanks again and keep up the good work. 👍 👏
