Dunkin'

Absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts I ever visited. The cashiers were super rude and disrespectful. I asked for a certain drink and they gave me the wrong order. When I tried to explain to the cashier that my order was wrong she gave me a dirty look. Rolling her eyes and said something to her co worker like I didnt hear. Walked out. Bringing my business elsewhere.

I'm a regular to this location if you could say that, or at least I was. They have good food and drinks. I have experienced a couple of things that are less than desirable for anyone going into an establishment to get a service. The place is always busy which I guess is good for business but is kind of a mess to sit there and experience it. I've seen fights between employees and costumers, employees yelling to one another across the room, orders being screwed up and forgotten, costumers being ignored and I was personally told "You're always here" with an straight face with no intention to sound friendly or make a joke about it, which made me a little uncomfortable and reduced the times I go there. I rather spent a little more at Starbucks to get better service, better atmosphere and not being told "I'm always there" because at the end of the day, that's what you want! Your costumers to come as often as they wish. I started with 3 stars but after thinking about it at the end of the review it went down to 2.

Great staff great store great product, but I go on my way to work and they almost make me late every time.They’re pretty fast but they don’t check receipts for order numbers so people steal my order every time forcing me to wait to figure out it’s been stolen tell the staff then wait for it to be remade. Not trying to get anyone in trouble just want them to start checking receipts.
