Wonderful, nutritious food. I stopped in after a long hiatus, and was so happy to see their menu was even better. I just love their egg salad and desserts. Always fresh, mouthwatering and great variety. The owners are pleasant and the atmosphere is casual and easy going. I've been going to Sig's since 1972 when it was down in Fifth Ward. They are still AWESOME!!!

This place is great!! The staff were super helpful when I was trying to make the big decision on lunch! They are super friendly and both mine and my wife's meals were great!! I got a chicken salad sandwich and it was awesome. My wife got the BLT and she loved it! Great people, great food!

Very unassuming place with easily some of the best sandwiches around. My group stopped in here while brewery hopping and all of our food was outstanding. Two of us got paninis which were griddled to perfection. I myself had the Thanksgiving sandwich which consisted of thick pieces of turkey and a generous helping of toppings which were all well balanced. Everyone that worked there was extremely friendly and offered us great recommendations. They also had a surprising amount of chip and drink selections as well.

A local deli and a local treasure with great prices. The thanksgiving sandwich is a local delicacy, the mayo + stuffing + cranberry sauce combo is so good you might wonder why it's not more common. Sig's Mac and Cheese panini might change your life.

Been going to Sig's , since as far back as I can remember. My grandparents used to live right around the corner. When it was in the Fifth Ward. The best sandwiches..and I have had many. 😋

Absolutely amazing! My mom and I stopped on our way to Newport Polo and we could not have been more satisfied. The Thanksgiving sandwich tasted just like my grandmother made it and we were helped very quickly. Staff is wonderful and we cannot wait to make a stop at Sig's place again!

Just had a wonderful breakfast at Sig's Place. My bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel was delicious. The bread was fresh and the eggs were fluffy. My husband's sandwich was made with a Jimmy Dean sausage patty. We had a choice of various types of bread. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. This will be a definite stop during our next visit to Newport.
