Taco Bell

If you want cheese dip, don’t come here. Literally since I’ve been trying to order from this Taco Bell they can never get the cheese dip right. Several times I’ve ordered chips & cheese, and I’d say it seven 3-5 times, to just get chips. Tonight got 2 orders of chips and cheese, and the photo is what one of the containers contained. I don’t get why it’s so hard to get an order correct. Everything else has been fine with this location, besides the wait time, just don’t expect to get cheese dip.

Accuracy isn't the greatest at this location. Half the time, the tacos have half or less than the portion of meat as there should be. If you ask for something left off, most of the time it will be on there when you get home and open your bag. And that, of course, if they can manage to stay open til their posted hours. Tonight is far from the first time I have gone up there, only to find them closed HOURS before the posted time. Tonight, it was more than two hours. A line of cars in the drive thru lane close to 8 deep. More than two hours before they are supposed to be closed. I've worked food before, I understand that labor is the largest expense a manager has any control over. But on a Saturday night, to close more than two hours early, when there is a line at least eight deep in the drive thru, totally unsat.
