Chick-fil-a

I came through the drive thru at 8:15 a.m. and ordered the grill chicken and egg combo. I asked for fries instead of hash browns.... and a orange juice. Got to the window and received my food. My bag wasn’t warm at all. I reached in my bag to grab a fry and they were cold.... I couldn’t believe it. They looked like they had been sitting for awhile and were cold. How does this happen so early in the morning during breakfast time.... very disappointing.

Didn’t get my order right charged me a extra drink didn’t get me any Chick-fil-A sauce after I told them over and over again that I wanted a bunch of chic fil a. Sauce I asked for a straw cause it wasn’t in the bag and they only handed me one I got 4 drinks then when I was like you only gave me one they said they should be in the bag I trusted them and when I got home they weren’t

This is the most disorganized Chick-fil-A that I have ever been. Instead of running the same process that Chick-fil-A locations perform across town and across the country, they make up there own and it's horrible. Very mismanaged store. I encounter issues every time that I have gone to this location on Andrews Hwy/Loop 250 (West Midland). Been charged for other people's orders, given wrong order but charged correct, waiting in line after receiving order for extended periods because the orders in front are not out yet from disorganized operations, and more. Whats sad is I have only been to this store a few times. Suggestion for owner/operator--- stop doing whatever crazy system/process that comes to you. Go across town watch what they do and then follow that process exactly. Your problems will be solved.

I've been to a lot of chick fil as but this is the worst one I've been to. I've been going at least once a week for a few months trying to give them a chance, but it just doesn't get better. They dont give more than 2 sauces even if you have 2-3 meals. They constantly get my drinks wrong or the wrong size and when I mention it I get told that what they put down and what I was charged for so they won't fix it. I'd pay the difference between the M and L, it's just not worth their time apparently. I havent been once without something being wrong with the order.

Great service, great food what else can be said. Maybe one day they will make spicy nuggets... * update on review. I never have any complaintsabout chick fil a but this visit was not up to their standards. Order #8646 team member Ray did not look too happy to be working. Took my order and after i said thank you he just responded alright . When i got to the window i thought it would be different but no luck. Guy gave me my order and i responded thank you he just said yep. Got home and no sauce for my nuggets either. I'll visit a different location from now on if. When i get service.like this i stop visiting the location it came from.
