Went thru the drive thru and they asked me to wait in to go spot and after 20 minutes my order still hadn’t come.. went inside and all 4 employees snickered and said “they forgot”… so ice cream was sitting in a bag for 20 minutes and never brought out to me. Don’t go to the drive thru and then asked to go wait for your order in a to go spot or you’ll get forgotten about, smh.

A big thank you to Kaitlyn for making an awesome cake for my daughters bday! It was delicious. Also thank you to Jane, Norma and the young lady who took my cake order and the whole crew is always friendly and nice. Everything was perfect and yummy

Got to basin Robbins at 8:55 right before closing and ordered 2 milkshakes. Stephanie the young lady at the drive-through said that she had already sanitized the blenders which I understand it was right before closing. I told her my wife wasn’t feeling well and if I was going home without a milkshake I would be in trouble so she accommodated me and made me 2 of the best milkshakes I’ve ever had. Good Job

I am really disappointed with my order, they did not have my cake ready and when they did finally give me the cake it looked like a toddler made the cake

To whomever was working tonight: Thank you! I personally did not visit but made an order through door dash. In the special instructions I wrote that I needed a note as the order was made for my boyfriend and they went along with it. Just shows good customer service. It was greatly appreciated.

First time being here, stopped with a 8month pregnant friend who had the sudden urge for ice cream cake. You will wait a great while before someone recognizes you standing looking attentively waiting to be asked *how may I help you* after being acknowledged be sure to ask for tasting spoons..some flavors look good but arent palatable at all. Get the vanilla chocolate ice cream cake...ensure to taste any ice creams before you buy...

Baskin Robbins has some great ice cream and flavors and we come here frequently. The service seems to vary based on who is working: some days they'll be very attentive and others they'll seem distracted, or maybe they're just busy and I don't realize it. But overall this is a great spot for some ice cream!
