The food here is awesome. Every time we are in town we eat at the same places but this time we decided to try some other restaurants and I'm glad we did because we found this gem. The kids loved the food too. We ate there as a group of five and had to sit at separate tables because of the limited space. I guess we could have put tables together if we had gone when it wasn't so packed. I would not recommend going as a big party.

Had it last night. Great, great, great pizza! That being said, they have a limited staff right now so order early and be patient. The owners are very friendly and hustling. Promise the pizza is worth the wait if you like great dough, quality cheese and premium ingredients. Some things in life are worth the wait.

Bad experience due to poor customer service by staff. Train your people up front to observe and acknowledge there is a problem..not just smile and keep telling every customer their order is "in progress" and should be out soon,no other explanation.Getting a simple 2 pizza order 1 1/2 hrs after it's ordered with the customer waiting an hr in a windy dusty open doorway just to pick it up is unacceptable. I did not have a chance to cancel order,it was pre-paid. No one said they messed the order up,and apparently other orders were being filled instead of fixing the order immediately. No one said they'd check on it,no one apologized, they'd just glance up,maybe smile,and a worker from back would come out,look at me then head back to the back. Only after I finally asked the status did an employee come out and ask my name and apologize while they were hurriedly making the order.I heard the pizza is great..it doesn't matter if you have staff issues.

The owners of MD Pizza Factory do a nice job of creating a really nice atmosphere. The dining room is cheerful and kept clean. The staff is friendly and serves quickly. They offer everything you would expect from a Pizza parlor in Midland TX. How you view the Pizza will depend on where you are from. If like me you are from the New York City area you know what to expect and have enter knowing what you are about to eat. If you are from California you are already clueless as to just what Pizza tastes like. So go right ahead and ask them to dump a pineapple on it. Other than that you will find the pizza here is a step above Pizza Hut nothing more.
