The Subway artist Dakota did a very great Job with my sandwich very professional job. The only one working was him actually and the other two workers where hidden in the back. Thank you very much for you patience keep up the great work!!!The place is very clean and organized. If you need any help dakota is your guy to best assist you!

Anthony and Emily were extremely unhelpful, Anthony told me that since they were out of Ingredients for the sandwich I ordered, and since nobody was trained on how to give refunds, I could either choose something else or get nothing. When I requested a manager I was informed there was none, even though Emily identified Anthony as a Night Manager. If you’re going to be so ill equipped that you can’t make your menu items, then have the ability to refund when people ask for it. Had it not been for the extreme amount of incompetence in training or protocol, I might not care, but not having management that’s trained to do basic staff work on a shift is unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate immediately. Worst subway in town.

The staff were great, two girls doing the best with what they had. They were out of nearly all of the ingredients. Bread, cheese, Bell peppers, wraps... Bread. They were all out of bread at Subway. I laughed so hard but in the end my meal was good. Other people came in and complained but they didn't seem too smart to me. If you enter Subway and they are out of bread you either turn and leave or enjoy the ride. Props to the staff, poor girls, doing the best they could with not many ingredients.

Best Subway in all of Midland!!! The young lady who greeted everyone and started the sandwiches was extremely friendly,fast and had a lovely smile for everyone. Everyone truly knew their jobs and were professionals. The lady making the sandwiches was accurate, focused and friendly. The lady ringing me up was very thoughtful, she made sure they wrapped my sandwich a certain way and she was very prompt in getting me rung up and that I was happy with my order.

Ice machine hasn’t been cleaned properly in months. Employees are not properly trained. If an employee does not know how many pieces of meat are on a standard turkey sub they should not be alone. I had to educate a customer on how to swipe her card because the employee was clueless. Chip rack was not done properly (new chips are in front of old ones). This used to be the best subway but now I feel like management is slacking.

First time going to this location. And it was amazing! The sandwhich was delicious! But the best part was the employee very nice young man with glasses he was very kind and patient .Made the visit even bettter and will definitely come back just because of the food and environment. Manager did a great job as well!

When I went there the guy was putting salad in the metal bin with his bare hands and it was very disgusting and when I mentioned it to the cashier nothing was done.safe to say I will never come back. And when i go to other subways since I'm a vegetarian and not using your meat which is costly give me some free guacamole or something. I get less and pay the same. It doesn't seem right. But that's why subway is slowly dying away
