Sonic Drive-in

Paid $30 for them to get our order wrong. Asked for two chicken toaster sandwiches. Get home to disappointment, couldn’t eat the food, it definitely was cooked more than once or left under lamp way to long, Will never go to Sonic again! Picture for how small and over cooked this chicken was, tator tot for scale.

Ordered the cinna snacks 5 piece. I got home, and when I took a bite it was nothing but raw dough. Some tiny pieces were cooked but mostly just raw dough. Couldn’t eat any of the pieces completely. Not the first time it’s happened at this location just the first time in awhile so figured I’d try them again but nope. Just a beware don’t order them. I usually don’t have issues with this location which is why I use them.

Very disappointed, I ordered and paid for a double meat with mustard, jalapeño, all the way, super size French fries and cherry limeade to go. Received a hamburger with mayonnaise and no jalapeño, no fries, asked them for my fries and they brought gave me a small order of fries. I tipped the carbon $5.00. Never will go there again. I'll just go to Texas Burger. Sonic has gave me the wrong order three times now and the last time the Mgr refused to correct it so we left, I discovered I received the wrong hamburger when I got home.

Waited 25 mins for my food. Only to find out when I asked why it's taking so long. By calling them because they wouldn't answer when I pressed the red button. (They weren't busy at all which is why I decided to pull in.) That they were waiting for the meat was the first excuse. Then I was told they were backed up. When I asked how much longer it would be. I was told it would be another 15-20 min wait. So I just got my money back and left. If they would of said that when I pulled up. That it maybe a longer then Normal wait. I would of understand and would of said Thanks for the heads up and left because I was on a time schedule. But with this location it's always something so I should have known. Won't be going to that one again.
