Vidal's Oldfashioned Burgers

Onion rings were good. The bottom bread of my hamburger was so greasy it fell apart. I don't like how the tomatoes and lettuce are cut. They would just fall out once I picked up the burger. I like that the menu is smaller. Food is not too expensive which I like. The ladies that were working there were nice and friendly.

We had the burgers!! They were cooked perfect to the T. Fries were nice crispy hot and fresh. Onion rings were cooked perfectly and large serving sizes. Reccomend for anyone that wants a great home style cooked meal. They estimated it would be about 15 minutes and it took about 10 if that super fast and fresh food.

Love this place. Food and staff are great. Fair prices. I've eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. The beef nachos are great and it's always a generous portion. The burgers are old fashioned and are always cooked to order. When people ask for a good burger, i always suggest Vidal's burgers.

Terrible service, good food (if you get it). This is mine and my wife's second time going to Arballo's since it changed from Vidal's. The first time wasn't terrible, it just took about 45 minutes to get two hamburgers and tater tots. The second time, today, we ordered 3 hamburgers and 3 tater tots. The lady at the window was friendly at first. We sat and waited on our burgers for about an hour and watched as a guy who came after us got their order before us at about the 30 minute mark. After almost an hour, we finally asked if our food was almost done and were finally provided our food. After driving away, I opened our burgers they only got one of the burger orders correct. When we drove back and asked for a remake the lady at the window turned immediately angry and ripped the burgers out of my wife's hand said "oh my god" as if she was angry with us for her mistake. We asked for a refund and she provided it to us. This is not good at all. I'm sad that one of the best burger joints in town has gone so far down hill.

Will definitely not try them again. Very frustrated and upset with prices, taste, value, and service. Paid $12 for a 1/4 lb burger combo with a flat big red, 1/2 bag of large fries? That were thesame size as the regular small combo. The burger was made wrong and it took a long time to get two combos. Nothing like what I expected. Even for my burger they gave me 4 pickle slices? Really...I expected better for the price and time.
