I have mixed feelings. The food is good but… is it worth the wait? COSTUMER SERVICE: 7/10 there are good servers and service others not so much, they say “the wait will be 15 minutes” but those turn into 20 or 30 PLACE: 6/10 it needs constant cleaning like any restaurant but it does not receive it. The bathrooms are not clean AT ALL. From my table you were able to see the kitchen and I saw one of the servers VAPING inside the kitchen, that made me feel so not comfortable. WAIT: it’s ridiculous! I’m out of words, they justify with short staff but those kind of things have to be prevented somehow. QUALITY AND PRESENTATION OF THE FOOD: the quality and flavors are good and I think that’s why I stay and wait but I’m getting tired of it to be honest. The presentation can be better and the size of the portion is not balanced They realized they took a long time and the manager apologized and gave us a discount but is not the first time that this has happened

It was not the best food. My food came out cold as in the patty on my burger felt so cold, the utensils were dirty. They re-heated my food. It was still bad. Basically left the whole burger and ate all the fries. The waiter wasn’t attentive at all didn’t ask if we needed a refill on anything and was nervous talking and seemed to not know the menu. There were 3 tables that still had food on them and didn’t get cleaned till almost before we left. I waited almost 10 minutes for my receipt and had to ask someone else to go get her and she still proceeded to take long.

When we arrived there on Sunday evening, there was not a hostess to greet us. After a short wait we were greeted by a young lady who fairly warned us that she was the only waitress and she had only one cook, (meaning that the wait may be longer than usual). We were in no hurry so we allowed her to seat us. When she came back to our table I asked her how she got saddled with working the whole restaurant alone. She told us she was the manager so you do what you have to do to keep the doors open. My wife and I watched her as she masterfully handled numerous tables with a positive attitude. This posting is not meant to be a complaint, but on the contrary, a compliment to the job she did in a very stressful situation!

We went to eat breakfast around 11:30pm one night. They were short on help but the server who attended us was very nice, and juggled all the tables he had expertly and quickly. He excused himself at one pt. to go help the cook catch up....thats dedication. The only drawback was that we could tell some of the food served had been in a warming tray for quite a while.

They are so extremely slow, and always mess up to go orders. They never have all items in bag, but they make sure to charge you for those items. I waited an hour today, got charged for a milkshake they did not have; told waitress needed refund for it and she claimed it was fixed, it was not. Then I got home, and was missing several items from our meal. I will not give them my business anymore, was hoping they would finally get things corrected but guess not.
