Buffalo Wild Wings

We came in and the restaurant was mostly empty. We had to stand there for about 5 minutes until someone decided to wipe down one of the many dirty tables. Then the waiter asked us for drink orders without offering menus his name or any pleasantries. We asked for 2 cokes and were served Pepsi without being asked if that was a suitable substitute. We then wait another 15 to 20 minutes for our order to be taken after we had to look up the menu on our phones. We ask for our wings and he doesn't listen to us ask for the wing combo with either fries or another side. When we finally received our order our drinks were pretty much empty this is after about an hour waiting for food. We then let him know our food is cold and he goes to call another waitress. She comes over and makes excuses saying it's not their fault and they can get us more food. We explained we didn't want to wait another hour. After that they sent several waitresses by our table to make excuses and treat us like we were rude because we mentioned our food was cold. We were polite. We didn't raise our voices. They then disappear again and we have to wait again for several minutes until someone finally asks if we want our ticket. I give my card to this person and someone else brings it back. I really didn't appreciate my credit card being in so many peoples hands. As a prior waitress myself I was nice enough to clean up our table and stack our trash even if the service was horrendous.

My husband and I hadn't been there in a while and decided to use the gift cards we received. We ate the chicken wings (lemon pepper and barbecue) which were great. The strawberry lemonade was delicious They were short staffed but our waitress handled all the guest and was very patient. We enjoyed our lunch.

Honestly worst experience I’ve had at a buffalo wild wings. Everything was well until it came to our food. An order wasn’t brought out until after everyone else had their food (we had a table of 9) and at that, the order itself was wrong. Asked for traditional wings and was given boneless. We made sure to not be charged for traditional. Ordered fried pickles and was given barely any on the tray. We then got our ticket which didn’t add up at all. Furthermore, we had the boneless wings voided because of the mishap, yet the price overall didn’t add up. Would not recommend attending this restaurant. The food itself was mediocre and could honestly be homemade.

Wow this is actually one of the few times where I wished I had listened to the negative reviews because they were completely accurate! I went in by myself and seated myself at the bar, the only other people were 2 table tops and a couple at the far end of the bar. All other parties had been given their food and drinks. The bartender was standing talking to 2 other workers shooting the breeze while I’m literally sitting there looking for someone to at least greet me & offer a menu. It took 10 minutes. TEN. In a pretty much empty place. That’s when I had to request both a drink & food menu myself instead of being brought them. It didn’t take me long to decide because at that point I just wanted to order whatever was quickest and get out of there at this point. So then I waited 5 more minutes to place my order, another 5 to get my drink…it was basically a repeat of when I initially sat down. Bartender and other workers just chatting. I literally had to stare as much as possible for her to remember me. And when she came she even had the nerve to say “Are you ready to order now?” As if I was the one taking my time. Finally placed my order and got the food eventually…which is my only pro: the food was great! That’s literally the only positive thing I have to say. As I was eating 2 guys came to the bar and it was interesting to see how they were greeted and served immediately…then another guy showed up & he was not only given the same quality service but the bartender took the time to now talk to him while I waited on my bill. Long story short, I understand why they have multiple hiring signs & why the negative reviews are there. Please just save yourself the headache, I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but ended up with the worst service ever. Saying this as a former server & bartender. Oh and all of this headache ended in an almost $50 tab. Super overpriced for a place where I spent most of my time just waiting.

So I would have given 4 or 5 stars But the ticket came out to $65 not including tip which is pretty pricey. 1 appetizer, and two 10pc wing combos. Kinda ridiculous especially for the service you get. However for being short staffed the waitress was good and the food was hot and fresh, very delicious.

Waited about 10min at our table no acknowledgement so we left. I went to a diff BW3 in a different state a few months back and basically had the same thing happen. Not sure what is going on with this chain but it’s super sad, I love there wings. I understand staffing shortages but other places don’t seem to have the same issues.

Worse experience ever!!!! Swayed ourselves and entire waitstaff just walked right by us as if we weren't even there. 30 minutes in and the bus person finally came to us to tell us that we would have to wait even longer because they were under staffed. We counted at least 10 wait staff walking around and not doing anything but walking. People that sat next to us finally left and then we followed suit. And they want more money but can't even do their job. I would've been fired at my job if I was that worthless. . Won't be going there again...... EVER!!!!
