The staff was courteous, great people. The food ,however, was not good. In the past, I was used to consistently good food... hot , fresh, and delicious. Recently, my hamburger and french fry orders have been cold. What has happened to my favorite Whataburger! I will not be going back until things change.

The customer service is terrible they did not read the mobile order ticket and almost forgot our fries. My order was cold. I also requested spicy ketchup and 2 reg ketchup (4fries total) we only got 1 spicy ketchup and a ton of fancy. It’s ridiculous this place pays so much with benefits but my order here is always messed up or missing something.

I order a burger @ one on Andrews hwy. The burger was cold the bun coming apart. If it had been warm it wouldn't have come apart. It was just as cold as my drink. All week long I was wanting a whataburger. It was BAD!!!!!

Whataburger, a Texas tradition! The breakfast taquitos are super delish along with EVERYTHING else on the menu! I've been eating Whataburger now for 43 yrs and not only does it NEVER get old but they never cease to amaze me with their poppin flavors! And who doesn't want to finish their meal with a Dr Pepper shake!!

They were pushing the old stale biscuits through the drive through. Went in asked for a fresh one and that was great. Shouldn't be serving old stale biscuits in the first place. Kind of slimy to give it to drive through people as you know most wont come in to have it fixed.

I visited tonight at 1:30 AM and the staff there was amazing. There was a complication with traffic outside where people didn’t know where to get in line at and a woman that worked here got it under control ASAP. She’s a real one! Thank you for yummy food as well😋
