Pizza Hut

You guys really messed up when you decided not to have servers anymore. We live ten miles from town and we don’t get delivery so we would enjoy going there. Also the pizza was terrible I asked for a hamburger and got a cheese pizza instead because I could count the number of meat pieces on one hand. The serve is terrible. You guys are on the way down. Your pizza used to be the best over all of them. Your in last place in my book. Domino’s went to first place specifically on the serve. Sad so sad. If you changed the pizza doe that was a big mistake because I can tell, this one is hard even if the pizza is fresh. Disappointed.

Updated: after several tries, we kinda had a resolution.. I still have an issue, but manager was polite and I got an order that was an improvement from the experience I had originally. Thank you to the manager I placed a order for carryout on Friday, April 29, 2022, and it was the worst food ever. I ordered 3 medium Pizzas and a chocolate chip cookie, I picked it up and didn't think I needed to check my boxes.. Boy was that a mistake! My pizzas were burned and my cookie was as well. I've always had good experience with this Pizza Hut, but I don't eat out much... I was very disappointed to get such poor quality food, and my total wasn't cheap. I would not recommend! They told me I'd have a credit for my next visit.. the following Friday, June 6th, I thought I'd use my credit. I called, young man was polite. He didn't know, I was talking about and got the manager.. I ordered the SAME thing as my order was and I had made sure I had a credit. I arrive and go inside and was told that my order came up to $29 and some change. I told him that I was supposed to have used my credit, and he told me that was the total after using my credit.. I did get upset and walked put the door. The more I thought about it, the more it didn't make sense to me to order the same order and have it double in price. The manager had "forgot" to use my credit and wouldn't fix it.. and people wonder why people don't tip or want to go out..

My 69 year old mom ordered a meat lovers specialty pizza last night because she was hungry and wasn't feeling well. My step dad picked it up and when he got home and they seen the pizza they had been given it wasn't what she ordered. My mom has severe acid reflux and can not eat jalapeños, but here was a pizza with only jalapeños and pepperoni. She called several times to give them the chance to correct their mistake but was repeatedly put on hold and never spoke to the manager. I'm extremely upset because my mom went to bed hungry last night because of this stores negligence. I hope they correct this because my mom likes pizza hut pizza.

This happened like 2 months ago i was trying to order a pizza from this location due to this is the store that delivered to my work. I called like 10 times never got an answer if even called the other pizza huts see if they could see why the didn't answer and the told me they couldn't help me. After the i have tryed to order from this store and never can get an answer. I even order on line and my pizza was cancel its sad i really like there thin crust pizza but i have to go to the domino's and i order about 2 times weekly.

Apparently they are not trained to tell you that you gotta get your own drinks. Even though the cashier said that was my complete order my two 2 liters were not there. They charged me extra for parmesan and pepper flakes. Manager was rude and very unhelpful with backhanded comments didn't offer any solution or refund. Poor service and rude employees 👎

Worst service ever. Thought that they would be delivering my pizza but no they send door dash and the driver ate my pizza. Called the store after getting a message saying it’s on its way but no they had to remake it. Very ugly staff don’t recommend this place to anyone. I would rather starve than eat here or use door dash.

I’ve been ordering from this location for the past month or so, and everytime my order has been just perfect. No matter what time I’ve come, I only see the same guy working in the kitchen and cash register..he’s prob a manager. Shout-out to him👍🏼. Felt bad bc people were driving him nuts the other day, and still orders were coming out. They are clearly understaffed.. I stopped going to the Wadley Ave location as they kept on messing up my orders - over and over, even when they seem to be overstaffed.
