Reyna's Deli

Although it has been a very long time since I have been to Reyna's, it will always have a special place in my heart. Back in 2003 I was in Baghdad doing a tour of duty in Operation Iraqi Freedom. My parents and I used to go to Reyna's maybe once a week and I could never get enough of the salsa. Reyna and my parents got their heads together and sent me a big vacuum sealed bag full of Reyna's salsa. I made a sign saying something about Reyna's salsa being enjoyed all the way over in Iraq and took pictures of me and my team leader eating it and sent copies back to Midland. I don't know if those pictures are still hanging on the wall up by the cash register, but they were there at one time. Also, once my tour was finished and I came back to Midland on my leave Reyna and my parents coordinated a welcome home dinner party and we came in through the kitchen like some VIP or those mobsters you see in movies lol. When we walked in to the dining room the staff was standing and clapping for me like I was some kind of hero or something. It was a little overwhelming, but I was very touched by the awesome gesture. For those reasons right there, Reyna's will always be a special place to me. Thank you for the kindness and the delicious food, Reyna.

Best place in West Texas to gwt Mexican food, like South Texas. We eat lunch here quiet often cause we working 2 blocks away. We order at least twice a week. My husband and I came to eat tonight for dinner. It was so bad the food was horrible, I thought I would never day that. Will not be back for dinner

Very bad experience, enchiladas plates are very disgusting, enchiladas salsa went bad. Do not eat enchiladas… very horrible taste… at least the green sauce or the chicken from what I tasted. I asked to switch out for another plate and they charged me for 2 full entrees. Service is bad, only one of the elder ladies was nice. They don’t attend to customers needs.
