Papa Johns Pizza

If I could leave a -100 I would, I have NEVER left a review on ANY company because I normally always brush things over but this review is worth every word I’m typing! Worst service ever! Workers are nice as pie but from the owners all the way to the one lady who delivers pizza with the very low cut is very RUDE!! She always has an attitude as if customers are bothering her , can’t name one time she hasn’t had a attitude or very sarcastic! If you don’t want to be bothered or don’t like your job please quit. Very bad look especially when people are spending money with your company. I am definitely calling Corporate!! This is the worst Papa John’s ever!!

The pizza has changed tremendously!! It is sooo good. Like it tastes like a new york pizza it's that good! I was nervous at first to order from papa johns but overall so happy I did!! Will 100% order from them again and from the rankin one too. The lady who delivered to us was soo sweet as well. Highly recommend!

Guess ppl inside are accustom to lying said they didn’t have the $7.99 carry out special then lied again while was in store and said it was online only. So I called the store and it all of a sudden has the carry out special and the mean ladies inside was saying it’s just better to order online. I just went across town to the other Papa Johns. This particular location sucks.

The Owner and his son did a Great Job on customer service and please a customer. They went beyond customer service they were friendly and fast getting my order 😃 and because a call in order wasn't pick up they offered it to me? I was puzzle at first but I gladly excepted the kind gester!! The Pizza I ordered and the other pizzas were Great!! Keep up the great work!! By the way that was my family and I first time eating Papa Johns. We will be back when we're in the area. Great work Team.

Worst customer service ever. the worker Cody needs to be fired. Called me back to argue about a pizza delivery that said was out for delivery for over 35 min. I drove to the store in less than five minutes guy had already voided the order wasn’t wearing his uniform or any work attire. Worst place I have ever dealt with. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
