I was a little afraid to go in at first because it didn't look like much. I'm glad I did though. Good food for reasonable prices. The atmosphere inside was a little festive. It's a hidden little treasure that's worth finding.

Oh my gosh this place. The staff is so kind and loving. Reminds me of eating back home at my grandmas. They serve great Mexican food serve cold beer and the micheladas preparadas are worth it! Go in and try it out you wont be sorry.

I'm a food fanatic especially when it comes to Mexican cuisine. In search of the holy grail... equal to my mom's cooking. My mother has been cooking sinse she was able to walk and perfected many mexican dishes in her time like enchilada casserole, guiso, Spanish rice and my favorite Menudo. Growing up it was my privilege to experience the tastes of Southern & western Texas Mexican cuisine.
At peños I had the tacos a la plancha, the rice and beans were great and the tacos pastor were quite a delight. I give Peños #2 a high 3 star for its creativeness and authentic environment. A little improvementon on variety will surely bump them up a star in my book. Keep up the good work

Food was average at best. The wait staff can not speak any english. They no longer serve beer. We went on a sunday after church and were one of 2 tables there and our food still took over an hour. Ordered red enchiladas and was brought green

If your the co owner you should know what's on your menu...

This place isn't clean. I saw a cockroach running on the floor right after I got my food. Don't eat here.
