Great bagels and cream cheese or smears. I do love their sandwiches as well. Use whatever bagel you want and there is usually always a specialty cream cheese. Added some pictures of their menu 😸

Stopped here for breakfast since we love Big Apple Bagels and visit them often when we are traveling. We ordered 3 bagel sandwiches and they served them to us cold. We've never experienced this before. I spoke with the the manager and told her we are not used to having to ask for our bagels toasted. They always come that way when ordering a sandwhich. Who wants a cold bagel with egg and cheese on it? The manager offered us a free muffin?? We declined. We will not be visiting this location again.

Not very welcoming or friendly, they also gave me a garlic bagel instead of seasame seed like I had ordered. For more than $4 for 1 bagel with cream cheese i would atleast expect the order to be correct.

My wife and I stopped in. Not a single customer in the store, and they still screwed up the order for 2 sandwiches. My wife returned to the store to complain. She was told to not come back.
VERY poor customer service from an owner who shouldn't have the responsibility of running a business.

Friendly service! The ladies there this morning were very sweet.
The coffee is great. I can't trust places that don't serve good coffee. But even their flavored coffee is yummy.
My bagel was delicious. I had a BLT and it was very tasty. They weren't stingy with the cream cheese either, and I appreciate that.
All in all a great experience and I hope I can make it back when I'm in town next!

Very friendly staff. I had a salt bagel with lite cream cheese and it was delicious and big! Love the variety of self serve coffees (Michigan Cherry is absolutely scrumptious).
Sandwiches seem a bit pricey but I haven't had one to review.
Quiet atmosphere for conversation, reading or working.

Apple Bagel offers a clean well kept environment, with fresh bagels and great coffee...what more do you need! They offer a large selection of cream cheese that's a bonus, like the dill and garlic, that's not over powering. They offer morning bagel sandwiches and lunch. If not in the mood for a bagel...Big Apple offers muffins that are delicious too! I ate here every morning for a week straight and they are consistent with quality as well as their large variety!!!
