Subway

I'd give it 0 stars if I could this was my favorite Subway. Now after forgetting my mild peppers the other day. Today they forgot 3 things and it was extras I paid for. Chicken bacon ranch salad and didn't even put the bacon, avocado or cheese on it. If they weren't so worried about yelling about the movies they were watching maybe they would've gotten it correct. I'm not one to complain usually and just deal with it but this is absolutely ridiculous.

This is very hit or miss across all subways. I’m not sure why there is such a discrepancy among the sandwiches. But I ordered a foot long deluxe steak and cheese with extra veggies. Which I do order myself at the touch screen drive thru. I am then always prompted by a window teller who doesn’t say anything other than my total and pushes the card reader out at me asking me to “tip or skip” (for what?, I took my own order! All you’re doing is making it) I then get home to this.(see picture) Not even enough meat for a 6 inch sub, let alone a foot long. Or a deluxe which is what I ordered! And I also ordered extra veggies. There’s barely any! Subway needs to standardize how each sub is supposed to be and they always need to look like that. Do better people! This is a $12 sub that looks like a toddler made it in their plastic kitchen set.

Absolutely horrible sandwich. I just ordered a sandwich for curb side. I drove 3 miles and noticed the associate walking out with my food before I used the app to notify I was there. Meaning they made my sandwich and it sat there instead of being made upon arrival. I take the sandwich 3 miles home. Literally a couple minutes and the sandwich is hard as a rock. It took a ridiculous amount of force to break the bun. When you did you end up with two un-edible rocks and dust. It literally seems more like drywall that bread. At least my company had a good laugh and a heads up of what kind of product is provided at this location. To bad, they used to be really great. I can’t even push my thumb into the bread as seen in the photo.

Drive thru alert... They only have a touch screen kiosk to take your order and not a speaker box or help if you press the help button... That's not very not helpful if you just want the drive thru service... They will not take your order if you drive up to the window... They will tell you to park then come inside.... Overall it was ok otherwise...

They don't have all the available meat listed on the board 1 item that I know for sure that's missing is rotisserie chicken. I had to ask for it when I got to the window. However, they didn't have a problem changing the meat from oven-roasted to rotisserie chicken..... The sub we ordered was pretty good,
