Taco Bell

I always forget to do the surveys, but you guys never cease to impress me. I have driven down from Gladwin numerous times for breakfast because ours doesn't sell it...There was one time I was a little behind, made it to the parking lot with a few minutes to spare, but the screens changed to lunch as soon as I was next in line for the speaker, and you guys still allowed me to order my breakfast; the friendliness is always a win, too. Not only that, but everything is always so fresh, fast, and the portions are perfect. Spot on every time. You have an amazing crew. Keep up the good work.

They forget a ton of our food, and refuse to give a refund for food not given to us. Shift Manager with a major attitude hung up said it isn’t her problem. Before she hung up she told me to call back on Tuesday to speak to the general manager. When I called today to speak to the general manager I could not believe the attitude I received from her as well. She never once apologized and was laughing the entire time. It’s really sad that this is the management that is running a business locally. Still no refund. No apology. And no regard for their mistakes. After reading other reviews it sounds like these managers have significant attitude problems. Erica, maybe if you changed your attitude you could be somewhere else other than managing a Taco Bell. They got rid of Empinadas and my mother had no idea. When we ordered one the drive through lady said (sarcastically) "we haven't had those in years, where have you been???" My mother then replied with " I don't know, not taco bell?" They laughed and she concluded our order. She was super nice and funny. I got to make fun of my mom for being an idiot. The food was great. 10/10 experience, would recommend.

This girl tonight at work on north Saginaw snapped very easily and slammed the window Cuz I asked to add two tacos and we weren’t even done explain what I wanted on them two tacos so we honked the horn to get her attention about my Tomatoes to add to my order and she came back with angry attitude and then said she only has two people working so ur gonna have to get over it and then she slammed the windows and then gave us are food then when I asked her for her name she said She said she don’t need to give me her name wow what professional she was tomorrow I will be going back into there and getting her into trouble I don’t play one bit with ignorancey
