I love this store. Always great service from the employees. But-you should updat your store houses on your website. Also, your system hasn’t accepted EBT cards for a very long time because “our system isn’t workin”. Are you going to address that at any time soon?

The gentleman who works the majority of the overnight shifts seems to generally hate his job. He comes off as if he's a ticking time bomb. He slams things around on the counter and rudely speaks whenever the job requires him to. I consistently go to this store multiple times a week and regularly have this unsatisfying customer experience. I like 7-11 and their products enough to leave this review in hopes that someone follows up with me.

My first visit to this location. Most of the coffee was empty no one attempted to make new coffee they were out of most sizes of coffee cups 3 guys standing behind the counter only talking not working. The coffee i did get had to warmed using the microwave. So definitely wasn't fresh coffee.

Horrible customer service. She couldn't have tried harder to be so rude and negative. The lady, bigger one. First ignore me. So I kindly asked her if there was someone who can help me at the register, assuming she wasn't a cashier since I was standing at the register while she was stocking chips 2 feet next to me. She threw the money to me, didn't hand it to me or just set it down like normal people. Then she walked away. I said thank you nicely and she just made a face like she hated me and ignored me and didn'tsay anything. I NEVE SEEN HER BEFORE, ESPECIALLY SINCE IM NOT FROM MICHIGAN! There was another lady who had her hair down brown hair, she wasn't rude and said "have a good day." I replied back, "you too." What was the sour face with no customer service skills problem? I'll take her job if she isn't happy doing her job appropriately. Some people actually need a job and know their role at work. She can leave her emotions at home or outside the work place.

This morning was the worst experience I've had in a convenient store in a long time. I work in a convenient store 5-6 days a week and know that a person in that position should display a certain degree of ettiquette to not only their position but to their customers. I entered the store during peak busy morning time when people are scrambling to get to work or to get their kids to school, as I was. When I walked in there was zero greeting or any kind of acknowledgement that I was even in the store. After making my coffee I went to the counter where there was no visible employee at all. The line started forming behind me, still no employee. After way too long standing there waiting to be waited on, an employee came from the dark backroom and saw the lineup of customers and didn't even offer an apology for making her customers wait. As a matter of fact she acted annoyed like we were inconveniencing her. Even after all of that she still didn't give me any greeting nor did she even as me how she could help me. I asked for two packs of cigarettes and she rudely said, "you got an ID"? I said, "you are carding me for cigarettes"? She said, "yes". I said I had been through TIPS training and know that you asked for ID if one looks under 40. She said, " well not here, our system requires an ID". I said the store did. I was aggrivated by this point, mostly because of the overall rudeness and unprofessionalism of your employee. I didn't have my ID because I rushed out to get babies to school. So in my aggravation, I picked my coffee up and was walking out when I realized I didn't pay for it. I turned around just as she was saying, "you have to pay for that coffee. That IS illegal". I told her I was sorry because I was frazzled and definitely needed a smoke...lol I said, "this is just stupid". She then replied, "well then go somewhere else and don't come back here". I looked at her in disbelief and left my coffee on the counter and walked out and I will not return to a store I have been a patron of for many many years. I know that the addage, "the customer is always right" doesn't always apply because people can be difficult. But because I am in the same field, I also know that a customer service associate doesn't tell a paying customer to not return to the store especially when all of the customers that dealt with waiting in line to be waited on when she was doing whatever she was doing witnessed the rudeness and the sheer disrespect and unprofessionalism displayed by your employee. She definitely shouldn't be working with the public when she has NO social skills, customer etiquette or respect for customers that enable your store to remain operational. Jodi

I just moved to Midland in april, and I frequent here both in the mornings and evenings. Everytime I go here I always walk out laughing or smiling it is always clean and the employees are so hardworking and nice. If they are doing something when I get to counter I don't mind waiting because hey at least they're doing their duties. They always greet you if they're at the counter when you walk in and they are very social. Anytime I get iced coffee, it typically runs out because thats my luck and everytime they let me have it free of charge. Or they will open it and drain it dry so i get close to a full cup. I will not go to any other 7-11 except this one. We are even moving across town and I still will only frequent this one because of the service and wonderful staff. :)

Worst customer service EVER, this morning. If I could give a zero star I would. I stop in on Tuesday morning's to buy donuts to take to my grandchildren home. I watch them Tuesday mornings. This morning I decided to pick up some chocolate milk. I choose the half gallon of chocolate milk. The tag on the shelf stated $2.79. When i got to the register, she scanned the chocolate milk and it rang up $3.39. A .60 cent overcharge. I pointed it out to the cashier that the tag stated $2.79. She said, no, it has alwys been this price. "But your tag say's it is only $2.79." She failed to change the price. I paid for my merchandise then I went back to check the sign because it was early & I may have misread it. Nope, plain as day, it stated $2.79. I went to the elderly man making coffee and told him the situation. He stated we know the sign say's 2.79 but the computer system says another price, but the computer price is right, he reassured me. I told him if that is the case, by law they just violated the Michigan scanning law. I could hear the female clerk at the counter, say to the customer she was waiting on, "Some people." In reference to me. Seriously, ok, lets do this another way. The legally binding way. I will be file a formal complaint with the Michigan Attorney General's office. For refusing to adjust the price to match their sign, for scanning the item, creating an overcharge, then refusing to refund the correct amount plus the Michigan Scan errorr amount, pursuant to Senate Act 611 & 612, I will take the $500, they will now owe me. Also, I will never go back. I will take my business elsewhere. Horrible, horrible customer service.
