Very good buffet but sone of the plates were not clean. The bathrooms were clean. The service although at the front desk was kind, our server was never there to give us refills or pick up plates from the buffet.

Food was good. Got the big boy and fries which was delicious. Free pie Tuesday was fun. Got coconut cream pie. Only issue I had was the waitress asked out loud if I wanted to leave a tip and then how much. With a busy restaurant I think it is inappropriate to publicly ask and request the tip percentage. I would prefer to write it on the receipt and not announce out loud to everyone in the restaurant how well the waitress did. That's personal and not fair to me or her.

Breakfast was good, but make sure you ask for your hash browns crispy or they will be undercooked everytime. Other than that the staff was nice and friendly. And my mother enjoyed her slim Jim.

From lansing and the big boy locations by me aren't so great so I haven't eaten at big boy in a long time
Stopped at this location randomly after visiting the gardens and this location restored my faith in big boy as their food was delicious and the waitress was well mannered and nice. Will definitely stop again if in the area.

Service was very slow. Started with 1/2 cup of coffee and waited 20 min for a refill. Only saw our server 2 times during entire meal. Food was good though. Stay away on Sunday’s!

It was my niece's 16th birthday and we popped in for just dessert, the waitress was super sweet, and the entire staff came out and sang her Happy birthday! Thank you for such a great experience!

Good food but the waitress we had really sucked worst waitress I've ever had. Very rude, lazy, tried to over charge us, and never even brought our drinks I had to ask another waitress to bring them after not getting them for almost an hour

Food came out slow. Had Philly cheesesteak sandwich, was ok but dry. Server did a good job.
