Domino's Pizza

Normally, I dont have an issue. Always got good pizza and great service. But today I order a pizza with garlic dipping sauce. My daughter stopped to pick it up and was given the pizza and was told she was all set. Wheres my dipping sauce? Then the pizza was supposed to be a garlic flavored crust. Dracula could have ate it. So no flavor of garlic any where and no dipping sauce which you charge extra for it. Sorry, if you can't get it right we have problems. The guy I talked to on the phone said he would give me the sauce if I drove back to get it. It would cost more in gas to drive back than was worth it. So keep the 50cents and your little 3 dollar tip. I'll go some place else next time.

Called in an order. Domino's took my order, told me my pizzas would be ready in 15 minutes. When I went to get my order. No one could find my order. One worker told me that they have been getting prank phone calls for orders. So apparently they thought my order was not valid so one made my order. Wanted me to wait so they could start making my order. Go back to the old ways and make the order because it was called in. Do not punish your customers because someone is pranking orders. Be professional and call back to verify it is a real order. Too late, lost a valid customer.

A few years ago, consistency was a pretty big issue locally. (very noticable topping amount variations, one time pizza crispy-another soggy, etc.), which is more concerning, when you pay $30 for pizza (Specialty ones) for 2 adults.* We stuck with them, however (❤ their 🍕, when done well & did ALWAYS worked with us on ANY errors/conerns, providing EXCELLENT customer service) & SO GLAD we did! Not sure if there's been staff changes, improved training, better management, etc., but the last couple years (at least) have been 99% TOP NOTCH (1%=-always out of plates😆)! Previous concerns are NO longer even on the radar, as I can't even remember the last time I even had to call back, about a problem (after our delivery)! DARE I SAY, THE BEST PIZZA IN TOWN? YES & BY FAR (I'm Italian & do NOT say that lightly)! So, if you stopped going or just haven't been in a long time, GIVE THEM ANOTHER TRY...I HIGHLY doubt you'll be disappointed & this Domino's will most likely be your new "go-to" for PIZZA take-out/delivery!👌😋👍 *(Pizza total based on adding in pre-set delivery fee-does NOT go to driver, taxes & added or "extra" toppings. ON-LINE ORDERING ISSUE ONLY: No such thing as "double" now, ONLY "extra" & even if you leave off an item, STILL have to pay for substitutions- BUT, NOT IN-PERSON?! At approx. $3 EA., inconsistency just isn't OK!🙁)
