Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Absolutely disgusted with the service that was just provided. My 20$ meal arrived to me with the kale slaw half gone, and no cookie. When I called the store to talk to someone that could help, I was initially told I had the right person to talk to when an order is messed up, then after expressing my concern, thinking they will send a new cookie and kale sale, the lady says - next time you order call first and we will make it right. Never took my name and number and told me that she is not able to credit me back now because she needs to talk with the owner to do that. Terrible service over an issue that did not need to be blown up this big.

Disgusted with this place. I order a Thai chicken wrap with NO chicken and extra lettuce. Not that hard to comprehend. I open up the THAI wrap and it had Parmesan crisps in it instead of chicken. Who in their right mind puts nasty cheese crisps in an ASIAN THAI WRAP???? Seriously what the h is that??? CHEESE in an Asian wrap. Asian food doesn’t even use cheese. If someone orders a wrap without dead animals in it, I don’t think they want cow secretions as a substitute. Do y’all not go one meal without cheese? This is the most vile experience I’ve ever had. Tipped those illiterate kids for nothing too.

Hate to be savage with a one star review, but it has gotten ridiculous here with the cost saving measures at premium prices. I know costs have gone up, but the portions now are getting pathetic for the price. TS has always done this a bit, but now they are not even coming close to giving what they used to and prices continue to go up too. My quesadilla was tiny, sides filled less than half of the smaller containers and the flavor was also lacking, especially in my smoothie compared to the past. Step it up guys!

Love tropical smoothie, love the smoothies, love the food! I love the Baja bowl, please bring it back soon! Downside- the kids don't always give me straws for my smoothies in the drive thru, and I've had kids forget my sides a few times. I'm sure it's an honest mistake. Also, how do I know they really replaced with Splenda if they don't write it on the cup? Considering I have had sides forgotten and I know how teenagers are, I feel like if it's written on the side then it was substituted like I asked for. Normally they write it on the side, but lately they have not been, I'm trying to be sugar conscious. I normally go about 2 times a week to the drive thru location. Also want to mention the 2 guys that work there right now are nice and greeted me nicely. There's some girls that just grunt at me when I say thank you, when I pick my food up.
