Popped by for the free tall coffee day, paid for the food and charged for the "free" coffee. Milk wasn't spun properly so didn't taste that good anyway.

Been coming here for a few months, today was refused drivethrough service because i wasnt wearing a mask - in my car by myself. I didnt think i needed one given i was only coming through drivethrough. Employee at the front counter was a bit rude about it, i wasnt too impressed with the level of customer service, rather than go home and get a mask i just went to Mcdonalds drivethrough - not as good a coffee. Found the whole experience a bit weird, as i didnt think this was a current rule. I could be wrong.

tried to order a tall cap and asked for the 'new' blend Vs the original. The lady at the counter condescendingly explained there isnt a new blend its just bold or smooth......except when i look online all i see is articles around how muzz buzz has two blends their original been around for years and their newer smooth blend been out for a couple years. rather than being condescending you reckon you could put two and two together and guess which one i was chasing.......the 'newer' of the two. Lost my business and wont be back. I guess now ill find a "NEW" coffee place altogether , hopefully it was worth it try and make a customer feel like that. Find a new gig --- serving coffee and customer service isnt your cup of......tea.. :)

The lady on the front counter this morning, extremely rude. Told me i had to wear a mask in the car in the drive through or she can refuse me service, except the last 3 days ive been served here and that hasnt been required. Thats a bit inconsistent for her to go off on a power trip --- either its a law or business policy or its not? Its not up to grumpy Gertrude on the counter to decide based on her mood. Well be going somewhere else next time. Centrepoint Muzz Buzz and Bayswater didnt ask us to put on a mask. Mcdonalds drive through didnt, Hungry Jacks drive through didnt ----- only Midland Muzz Buzz depending on how the lady at the front counter is feeling?

Made the mistake of stopping here this morning, very slow service and the coffee was average at best.

Never open on time ( on saturdays and public holidays mostly) and the LAST time, and I mean that literally, my coffee wasn’t even Luke warm. Used to go there every morning on my way to work, never again. Too unreliable and spasmodic service. Tried to contact head office to give them feedback, and was hoping for an apology, and all I got was the runaround
Too many other places to go in the area, where you actually get good service and good coffee, to waste your time and money going here. It’s a shame, because it used to be fantastic. If I could zero stars I would.

The person you have at the front counter shouldn't be a know it all, or you'll lose business permanently. Used to spend $40 a week here. that will go somewhere else. Shouldn't be in a customer facing role unless the owner wants to lose $$.
