Tried to do order online for 45minutes site not working.
Tried to phone for thirty minutes only to be told they don't deliver to my area (do every other time). They grumbled and groaned about doing the delivery. So I said don't bother. Such a shame I have purchased pizza here for 20 years plus but the poor service is wearing thin

They sent me an offer of FREE PIZZA if you download the new app. So I did and when I put my order in it did NOT give me a FREE PIZZA!

Very poor customer service ... order pizza for delivery they said ok all done , after 45 mint wait when i called about my delivery they said oh sorry they haven't received order and we dont deliver in your area .... its very disappointing😞 .........

Pizza was disgusting, I found a piece of blue plastic in mine and the dough was incredibly soggy

Pizzas were ok but seriously the sundaes were terrible they tasted foul as if the ice cream was off so never again.

Very disappointing 😞 !!!! The delivery service was unlike any other Domino Delivery I have ever encountered. The delivery driver arrived with the eftpos machine which was flat it had a red battery warning which he explained but insisted I use it. I paid $30.95 which was deducted from my account. 30 minutes later the Branch Manager called me to accuse me of non payment saying my card declined. After this experience I will never use Domino Midland ever again.
