Kfc

Visited KFC midland tonight placed my order #613 lge fillet meal & 4 x pepper mayo sliders. Not a big order. Order was placed @ 18.06 took very nearly an hour to get my food only got my order by going up to the counter to ask where my order was. When I opened my food order the 2 x fillets were smaller than tenders in the sliders. Absolutely shocking service!! I wasn’t the only customer who had to wait an hour for a food order. Very frustrating

Terrible!! People were asking for refunds as their food was taking way too long and they were on their lunch break. The shop was full of people waiting. The menu boards were broken. Frozen drink machine broken. They were giving the wrong orders to people it was a shambles. One staff member blamed it on the two at the front she said were training and didn't know what they were doing but the issues were coming from the back also with the slow food coming out, not the front Staff fault. Maybe lack of Staff due to pandemic not sure but will stick to the other KFC close by in the future.

This is literally the nastiest kfc I’ve ever seen and I work at one, the gravy is so runny you may as well dip your chips in water - It takes 5 minutes to make decent instant even in a rush, they’re just lazy. They half fill the chip boxes and don’t even get me started on how grotty they are, it’s obvious they make too much and then leave it out longer than they’re allowed to, my burger was actually so bad I don’t know how you can mess it up that much when it’s all the same ingredients as other kfcs, I’ve never had a single enjoyable meal from here, the staff have been trained up on bad habits and it shows.

Got two chicken bacon burgers on Friday night. They were inedible. The consistency of jerky. I'm a big guy and I will eat virtually anything, but I couldn't find a single bite that was actually edible. Took them back and got replacements that were a little better, in that I could actually eat them, but the quality was still awful. Gave me a free large fries that were greasy. 0/10 would not recommend.
