Quickly seated. Our waitress was personable and attentive throughout our meal. Served hot and mixed drinks were good. Hard to find good service and after a bad experience in the Marlboro location I was pleasantly surprised!

Appetizers were cold. Meal was ok, but it all definitely tasted like food just pulled out of a freezer. Inside the restaurant, glass dividers were dirty and the tables as well as the wooden booths need a serious coat of paint. With all the other restaurants available at Blackstone, do yourself a favor and choose one of those other restaurants. Only bright spot was our waitress who was attentive and was acting as both greeter and waitress.

Wanted a quick bite before the movie... Waited for a hostess to greet us... No one. My boyfriend walked to the back to ask to be seated, a girl politely said in a minute. We waited longer... No one came... We left. Four customers total in the place... Just surprising to not get even a greeting.. especially when that slow....

The food took forever and it was not that good they gave me little fries missing things very cold food I rather go to applebees than this. I got there at 8 and received my food at 9 it was a hot mess I want to cry. The waitress was pretty cool though. My experiences was a 2/10 I hope you take this rating to heart because this was not good at all what a waste of money. If you want to impress you significant other don’t bring them to Friday’s just trust me.

I ordered whiskey glaze wings and cheese steak egg rolls. Food didn’t seem bad but guess you gotta double check goin there instead of trusting there cooks. I got salmonella… but the bartender I have no complaints for he was good 👍

Came in and sat down. Waited about 25 minutes. No one took our order. I asked the hostess where was our waiter. Our waitress was standing behind us having a whole conversation with another customer ignoring us. Terrible service. Use to love this place but not anymore.

Place was almost empty. I went to the kitchen to get someone to attend us and the other few people waiting for 15 minutes to just be greeted. Food was not good making the visit a little pricey for what we got. Not recommended unless you have no other option.

Had an AMAZING waiter. I Was there with my 3 kids and he was so polite and attentive. His name is Eric. Best waiter ever.Food was amazing too.
