Burnt…dried out…waste of money. The one pic is supposed to be extra crispy but the meat was still slimy…yuck It’s 03/03 @. 6:04 pm and I got my dinner at 5:40 Couldn’t wait to share the photos of my dinner that I paid almost $40.00 for. Unbelievable. Best part of my meal was the French fries! They do have good fries. Last time eating KFC

The past three times I have visited this location through the drive through, there's always a problem. No chicken, no original, 15 minute wait, out of some sides, can't understand the employee as speaker outside is old or accent is too thick; totals not given at the speaker; VERY slow in drive thru. Last week I waited in line 15 minutes til I could order and then it took another 7 minutes to get to cashier and out of the entry. There needs to be better management. I understand there are shortages but it would be helpful if these were posted on the board outside.

Bought a 10 Piece bucket and got home in about 5 min and checked box only 7 pieces in there. I called back up to the store and spoke with the Manager. I explained I just left about 5-10 minutes ago and there was a miscount on my order. The Manager wanted to dispute my claim and said he packed the order. I advised I am looking at the chicken and letting you know the count was wrong. I wasn’t going back up to the store but I wanted them to know what happened. Bad Customer Service by the Manager. I will never patronize this restaurant because of the way the Manager handled the issue..

Moved in the area in 1999. The place was bad then. Dirty. Poor service. People with really bad attitudes. Food is always cold. Drinks taste like the soda fountain has not been cleaned in decades. SO.. I go back every couple of years to give 'em a try. They never fail to disappoint! Today 02/22/2022 was my very last attempt at "hoping" this place has finally met even the lowest possible bar - when it comes to standards. NOPE! There is a reason there is always plenty of available parking, here.

The food is fine but I have a serious complaint about the beverages. A few weeks ago i ordered a Sierra mist and it tasted like straight up mold. I called the manager to let them know about it, and a then I ordered again today. Once again, the Sierra Mist tasted like mold. To the owner-- you seriously seriously need to invest in a new soda machine. I noticed I am not the only person pointing out that the soda is very concerning. I suggest you use some of the profit to pay the workers better (they probably don't clean the machines properly often because you pay them poorly) & buy a new soda machine because you are going to get people sick. Stop prioritizing profit over people.

Pay attention to your food people! Especially when you go thru the drive-thru at this KFC!! I would like to 1st THANK Abraham for fixing my order!! We REALLY Appreciate your immediate attention to this issue. I purchased a 3 piece meal, opened the box to check my food before I left the location & one of my chicken thighs had NO skin at all completely naked🤬Come on now you knew you was wrong when you put it in my box.

C'mon KFC. I mean it's not like chicken is in your name. Oh. Wait. It can't get any worse. Mobile order said it was ready. After waiting in the store 20 minutes, they asked our name and started scrambling. I distinctly heard "who the hell is that? What order" from the back. Glad to see they didn't miss a beat on Facebook and Twitter (using phones instead of making orders....). I am a RoFo Chicken fan from here out.
