I feel bad having to write this review, but my experience this morning was too ridiculous to even make up. Let me preface this by saying that the two employees that were there and concious were trying their best. With that being said, let's begin.
At 9:30 a.m. on a Sunday there was only about 25% selection available. Few donuts, no coke, no straws. Service was extremely slow, causing at least 10 customers to walk out in frustration. One employee came in, had a few words with the manager, and either quit or was fired in front of the customers. To top it all off, an employee in uniform was laying unconscious and clearly strung out in the bathroom. When brought to the manager's attention, she didn't react as if the news came as a surprise.
I don't imagine this place will be open long enough for this review to make an impact on people's decision to eat here; but I consider a 1 star review to be a mercy. I'm more inclined to file a complaint with the BBB or alert the police.

Foods pretty great on the VERY RARE occasion that they ever get the simplest order right...or on the rare occasion that they are properly stocked.
We go there ALL the time and thought well maybe it's just a bad day or there's someone new.... but I'm so tired of CONSTANTLY saying..... wow they really messed that up.... And wasting money.
We asked for an ICED COFFEE.... after 10 minutes they came with a hot coffee. We politely corrected them and they then took another 7 minutes to come back with a blended frap... we didn't want to wait anymore so we just left... but come on.
On a separate occasion
We asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese ON THE SIDE not on... we got a raisin bagel slathered with extra cream cheese...
Btw these times they were not busy.....we tried to be understanding but now it's EVERY TIME.
We are now willing to make the drive to Starbucks.... Just to avoid it. I hope they get it together.
Must add that the manager is incredibly rude.
Wait times are unbelievably wrong.
Food burned.
It's just an awful poorly run establishment.

If I could give a zero I would. I've been to this location before and never had this kind of service before. We walked in to see the trashes full over flowing. I tried to put a cup in but trash fell out as I tried. Next the shelves were bare with scarce purchase items. We walked up to the pastry case and it too had minimal selection of anything and it, along with behind the counter was FLITH. Our orders were not correct and stopped correcting our orders. The only thing good was my double double coffee. We also went to the drive thru and were out of the items we were asking for. When we got our Frozen hot chocolate it was runny. Very disappointing!

The quality of this has dipped since Tim Hortons first opened. The past 2 times we have went the staff have messed up our orders and charged extra. We ordered coffee and they yelled out our order only to have it messed up. We came back to see if they can fix and instead blamed us for grabbing the wrong order when they only messed up 1 drink in the entire order. (Messed up a soy mocha, now they don’t serve anything lactose free.)Ok we let it slide and came back today after not coming back for weeks only to have the order messed up again! If I can post the pictures, the bagels were really sad and we even paid extra to have more cream and instead they put butter on them. We love their coffee and products, but the service and the staff probably needs more training, you don’t get what you order for and get chastised if you bring it up to them.

I have absolutely had it with this location. I'm a Michigan native and can't start my day without Tim Hortons, this being said, ever since Heather left as the morning supervisor this entire store has been a disaster. My most recent visit had me in the drive thru 8 minutes before they took payment, and then got the entire order wrong. I don't mean just one thing, it was as though I got someone else's order. The coffee wasn't stirred, and instead of splenda it came with sugar, my Sausage everything sandwich came with bacon on plain. This is every day now, I swear to god every single day this location has problems, I'm constantly faced with a rotating cast of employees who aren't trained well enough or just don't care about their jobs. Make your order roulette and pray what you get is even close to what you ordered, most of the time they're asking me at the window to confirm what I even ordered. Not to mention if you pay with a credit card they're handing you this large corded device into your car to swipe yourself, what is that? This store is an embarrassment to Tim Hortons and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Usually good food and awesome coffee however, every time I’ve been there(with no one else in the drive thru) the wait is EXTREMELY long. They are also always out of half the food I ask for. Who’s in charge of food inventory at this place??? Their card swiper(hardly works) is also handed to you from the window so you have to reach with your fingertips because of the poorly designed drive thru, the closest you can angle a vehicle is still not close enough.

This place has bad reviews for good reason I will never be coming here again their employee AJ has a horrible attitude and is extremely rude I took my Mom and Dad here to grab a quick bite to eat they ordered two Bagels while they had a deal on their window for two for $4 he charged them for a completely different thing then got mad when they corrected it , my dad politely ask why it was that price 9n his receipt when it said something completely different on the door and he started rolling his eyes and saying if that's the deal you wanted you should have told me,( well that's the deal that's on right on your window its your job as an employee to know what to put in for two Bagels not my dads , then as my dad proceeded to talk he started ignoring him and talking over him,rolling his eyes and looking over at his manager and saying can you come till with these customers I don't want to ,well on top of all that attitude their bagels were stale and the sandwiches were gross, and their donuts tasted like they had been sitting in there for 3 days, it was a horrible experience as far as customer service and taste, if you come here expect to get an attitude, your order wrong ,an upcharge on what you actually ordered ,and bad food! I feel so bad that this is what my parents had to deal with on there probably only trip to North Dakota to visit me

Machines always down, never compromise for items not available with combo orders. Always something wrong with the order. They never offer to even replace bad items or make good by them. Today I ordered donuts, correct order is clear on receipt, yet they still messed it all up and gave me a whole different order. Grrrr to everyone who told me this place was better than Dunkin Donuts, you all need your taste buds checked!
