Definitely the place to go that is out of this world. The atmosphere is perfect for those of us that love to bask in all the aliens. The pizza is actually pretty good. Honestly, it is my favorite place for laser tag. Plenty of hiding places and plenty of different levels. The staff is friendly and the bathrooms are clean.

My son had an amazing time here. I wish that there were more games up and running. We (the adults) were excited to play Skeeball, but it was down. The giant Space Invaders was definitely a favorite for all of us.

Took a quick trip here with my daughter. It was a thursday so not busy. The gal recommended the buffet. Everything was lukewarm. My own fault should have known better. Small selection of games but we managed to rake in the tickets. The "prize" selections are terrible. For the amount of money I spent I would have gone to the dollar store and spend $5. Probably last time we go there.

Do NOT waste money on booking a “party package”. We are from out of town and thought Planet Pizza looked like a blast! We booked a party for my son’s birthday. When we arrived, nothing was set up in the room. We had to ask for everything: plates, napkins, balloons, laser tag passes, game cards, ice cream order forms, etc... I asked for help at the counter many times and the only one who could help was one young lady, maybe a manager? So we had to wait for her with every single question. The games require MANY credits and games earn very few tickets for prizes. Before I could check, my son swiped his game card for a game that cost 12 credits. The included game card with the package we bought is for 14 credits. So I immediately had to purchase more credits. There is ONE game for 2 credits in the entire place and a very small selection of 4 credits.
We had leftover pizza and asked for a box to take it home. The manager told me they can’t give us pizza boxes as they cost them money. I explained we just spent nearly $200 today, they seriously couldn’t provide a box? She refused and said we needed to take the cardboard circles with paper to cover it. (We had an hour drive home). Why on earth do you have an entire kitchen of pizza boxes then?!
We will never return to Planet Pizza. Choose Pizza Ranch instead.

The family went here for the first time and we all had alot of fun with the games. The pizza was okay and the staff was nice and helpful with our questions and very patient when it came to picking out prizes for the tickets we had won.
We ordered four drinks, an adult salad bar, a medium and a personal pizza as well as 'space dogs' and french fries- the total came up to a little over $60.00.
The pizza's were okay, the flavor was good but outside of the pizza the rest of the food was not worth the price or calories (the 'space dogs' seemed to be vienna sausages breaded and fried...) I actually ended up removing half a space dog from my mouth as one I bit into had a hulled out pocked of oil and the meat was strangly colored on the inside...Ugh, god that was terrible.
Not a single plate we were given was clean enough for me to feel comfortable eating off of (there were black smudges on the edges of the plates and some had hardered black smears as well,) and the salad bar was lackluster to say the least with old lettuce mixed with the new and the peas looked....slimey...even the packaged dressings tasted off. Most of the fountain drinks needed the syrup bags relaced as they only gave carbonation. Overall the meal was pretty terrible, I regret ordering anything but the pizza.
The atmosphere was dim lit and everything felt as though it had a layer of grime over it- which is to be expected in an eatery attached to an arcaide.
The games were fun, most were in working order and the majority cost 4 credits per play (which adds up to about a dollar) so it was an expensive evening but still fun.
Despite the mostly terrible dining experience our family had a great time- we will be returning, but we will certainly be eating BEFORE we go.

They have very RUDE workers. Dylan is a supervisor and he is nothing but a freaking joke. I had to pry his name out of him. He told me he doesnt need to give me his name. WHAT? and the girl that answered he wouldn't tell me he name. Very bad customer service. It's sad because that really ruins everything. When you call somewhere they pick up the phone hello this is planet pizza my name is...
... nope what a freaking joke.

The galactic pizza was the biggest pizza I ever seen. But there was a lot of food and my kids had fun playing games. Really enjoyed it.

You go here for the games and fun, pizza isnt anything special. You cant compare a place like this to a true pizzeria. Over-all fun place to take the family. Staff was great!
