Captain's Cove

Don’t let the exterior fool you the food inside this restaurant will defiantly put your skepticism at ease I’ll admit when first pulling up I had a small doubt but the host/waiter that welcomed us immediately made me feel at home. The menu is actually pretty diverse it has your seafood both fried and not fried, your surf and turf and even some burgers. They even have an all you can eat option that was worth the price. My only regret is that I didn’t have room for desert. I will definitely revisit the next time I’m in Minot.

I been there to eat inside and everything was delicious. I enjoy it everytime I been in there. Today I ordered door dash. I got fish, cajin shrimp, cajin fries, with clam strips and calamari. I got to say the cajin shrimp was just absolutely amazing. I wish they could've gave more. The fries were mostly crispy and I can't complain about them for delivery. They were still amazing. The fish I enjoyed. Still mostly crispy. The calamari was on point. Just down right good. Perfect on the breading, I couldn't have enjoyed it anymore. I called and had to asked and make sure I was getting some malt vinegar with it. The lady who answered was very polite and respectful. She assured me that I would get all I asked for and I did. I totally recommend this place. Thank you for the amazing food.

It's never a good start to be rude your customer before you even seat them. Skinny little lady in high gear says "what can I do for you", I said "I'd like to eat", she gave me the bug eyes and looked super annoyed and said "so like one person or two people". If you don't like your job, or you don't like it when people can't read your mind and answer the question you didn't ask then maybe you should get a different job.

We stopped in for a quick bite. My daughter ordered the mussels,my Husband ordered steak and fish,, and I ordered steak and shrimp.The food was delicious and hot. We were the only ones there,not sure if it was due to Covid or it is was just a slow day. Next time we are in Minot we will definitely stop by again.
