Pizza Hut

We’ve been getting carry out from here for years, usually once or twice a month. Pizza is always really good. Freshly made, well done and hot. We usually order online or through the Pizza Hut app, but have also ordered over the phone and have never had any real issues. The service is usually good. Sometimes there is a short wait when we arrive to pick it up, but that’s the exception.

Twice now, I have shown up after being notified when my pizza was ready, told them my name, paid, and waited for my pizza to be cooked. On top of that, once finished it was put in the warmer where I stood waiting to be notified my pizza was ready. This has now happened twice. The staff is clearly not paying attention to customer service. The pizza is fine, once you get it.

I ordered 1 meaty marinara pasta at around 11:15 last night, March 11th. I did not get a confirmation email until 4am. It says my delivery was supposed to come at 11:50pm. The delivery guy did not get to my door until 12:30am. Which by that time I made myself a frozen pizza thinking they must of either skipped or forgot about my order because they close at midnight. I was just very disappointed with my Pizza Hut experience.

Went and ordered 2 adult drinks, 4 kids drinks, cheese sticks, 3 personal pan pizzas, and a stuffed crust pizza. Waited 20 minutes and got cheese sticks, then waited 20 more minutes and got our ticket. Then I went up to the counter to asp what happened to the pizzas . Got sick of waiting (from the time that the ticket was put In until the time I left was 40 minutes, and probably 20 minutes before that we were waiting to put our order in) Asked the guy at the till if I am supposed to pay for this because I only got 1/3 of my order .Wife's asked if we were getting helped and if not we were leaving. Nobody answered. Like talking to a brick wall. So we left.

A rocky start to say the least! We were the only dine in customers and it took 45 mins and the pizza was still wrong. I understand that we were on a Friday evening and dine in isn't the norm anymore but that seems crazy. However, discounted the meal and apologized which is huge in Minot where normally you hear "that's just Minot". Glad it's close to the house!
