Sonic Drive-in

We were visiting I’ve been seeing posts about the new patty melt at sonic so I wanted to try it .we went through the drive-through. There What is one car in front of us it took about 10 minutes once we got up there no one came to talk to us so we decided to go to the car hopper And they told us all the car hoppers were closed so we got back to the line in the drive-through proceeded to wait there again as we had to keep saying hello through the speaker when someone finally got on there our fries were cold and I’m going to put a picture of my patty melt that definitely did not look like the picture my onions were raw they were not grilled and I was pretty surprised that the patty melt did not have any thousand Island dressing on it because usually that’s what a patty melt has on it with the grilled onions a little disappointing The first picture was my patty melt the second picture is what it should’ve looked like

Love them, but they forgot items in our first order arriving in town. We called and were told a manager would call us back. They never did. The next day we inquired again and were told to try back tomorrow. I seen on the app I could put chili on the burgers. I thought that would be different so I'd give it a go. The photo is how much chili I got on my burger. Super disappointed. (It may be hard to see, but there's literally maybe 6 insanely small pieces of meat from the chili. So all in all I got like a baby spoon worth of chili. Actually that's even being generous...)

It took us 25 minutes and walking in twice to talk to them to get 3 shakes and a limeade, when the carhop brought it she pretty much threw it through the window and said "Here is your order" with alot of attitude and forgot our limeade. She and the rest of the employees continued to ignore us when we tried to get our other drink that we had paid for. Thankfully the manager finally came out to help us and apologized immensely for how her employees acted. She got the drink that we were missing right away and refunded our order for us without us asking ir wanting that. I would give her a 5 star rating and the rest of her employees 0.

Footlong chili coney dog: 5/5 stars. Immaculate. Michelin quality satisfaction. Could’ve eaten two probably. Double bacon cheeseburger: Amazing. Definition of quality fast food. I ate 2 bites of my fiancés and probably could’ve eaten the whole thing. Fast service, super friendly workers, overall extremely satisfied. My ONLY qualm: the coke I got the syrup needed to be replaced so it was basically just soda water, but with how good the food was I am not even upset.

This sonic never has slushees, and they are literally out of everything all of the time. On top of that, the service takes ten years and you will be waiting for at least thirty minutes (even in the drive-thru)… but wait, even the staff are the rudest sonic employees I have ever met. 0/10. If I could give them zero stars i would.
