Bobby's Hideaway

Great place for a nice meal. Ordered waffles with a side of strawberries. Tasty. Corned beef hash and eggs were really good and filling. Service was excellent. Only quibble is there’s an up charge for charging for whipped cream and powdered sugar, which means if you’re ordering waffles and want to avoid an up charge it’s a plain waffle and table syrup.

Bobby’s was amazing! Attention here is top notch, they are constantly checking if your ok and need anything. The place is really cool, if you seat outside make sure to visit the inside of the restaurant since it’s a classic Canadian dinner. It’s filled with pictures and even the kitchen is painteresque. Unlimited amounts of coffee ☕️♥️

Great local family owned restaurant. They have some great menu favourites, including my personal... The steak sandwich. There all day breakfast is too die for !! Keep in mind its a bit busy on the morning hours most weekends. They also usually have some really great daily specials. Price point is great especially for the quality and the environment. Staff is super friendly and the owners are actively involved which assures me how much they care. Would definitely recommend!

Ambient breakfast and other meals place with a lively interior. Cozy setting. Great Brazilian bottomless coffee even if you are not a coffee fan. Right size of serving per plate and good preparations. Quick service. Patio too but in this season few yellow jackets around so we preferred indoors. Must mention their state of the art, COVID protocol washrooms 👍

Came here for the later end of the breakfast rush. There was a line up of about 4 groups/couples before us but we only had to wait about 10 minutes which was nice. We did get service pretty much right away. The food was great. I ordered the Bobby's Own which was 3 scrambled eggs with potato and spicy sausage. I do recommend that if you do visit. The sausage is not overly spicy, just a nice little zing. I rated them a 4 star only because after being served our breakfast it was next to impossible to get the coffee (which is served in standard small mugs) refilled well until after I'd finished my meal. I understand that with the recent reopening everyone is getting back into the groove of things. We will definitely come back again at which point I'm sure I'll upgrade it to a 5 star.
