Five Guys

I visited the store on Feb. 20, 2022 at 3:50 pm and ordered 5 meals to go; one of them (mine) is the only one which is dairy-free. The cashier (who told me he was the general manager) gave me a hard time when trying to explain to him my dairy allergy, as he said there is only one grill and he cannot confirm there would be no contact with dairy. I then explained that I am a regular customer and whenever I come to this location they take adequate measures without complaint and that I just want him to take whatever measure possible. The cook then began making our food and more customers came in after me. I realized they had made it to order 103, while me (order 98) was still waiting on my food. When I asked them what was taking so long they explained that they wanted to finish all the cheese orders before mine, but they had already made my burger and put it in the bag and were waiting to work on the other four sandwiches which had cheese (so there was no issue with it being dairy free). I then asked them to explain what precautions they were taking, which caused them to become defensive and told me to leave the store. I then asked for their names which the two people who yelled at me to leave answered by saying they are the general manager and their assistant and they will not be giving me their names. I proceeded to take the food and left. I was unsatisfied and disappointed with the service provided, and due to the delays with the order, the food we got was cold and tasteless. All right, so first time trying Five Guys.... Let's see where to start, bad news first: they are expensive, I ordered two cheese burgers I ended up with $21... No combo no fries no nothing, just the sandwiches. Okay I understand they are not to be compared to McDs or BK, but still, why in the world would you charge $9.3 for a 2 Pattie cheeseburger? It is a burger after all... Rant over! What you pay in premium over other burger joints, you get back with toppings, they are generouse, and when I say generouse I mean they ARE generouse! My sandwich was stuffed although I just ordered 5 toppings and that's if you want to count "ketchup" a topping. I didn't like the cheese much, too cheesy tbh and I believe one slice would be good enough to give you proper cheese flavor without overtaking other flavors. All in all, I liked Five Guys a lot, but the price tag makes me hesitant before going there next time as I can put this money on bigger meals from other restaurants frankly speaking. You got to try it at least once if you haven't yet, but for me, I think I will be seeing you some other time Five Guys.

We only went to this location twice .. and both the times they messed up our orders. Last time was the worst! They messed up, the burgers were cold the cheese was not melted at all!! and made us wait for 20 minutes to get it fixed because they told us they have to serve the others first and they’ll fix our when they are done .. we even called and ordered before going.. we had to be somewhere so we told them to refund us for those sandwiches, and they argued , telling us it was warm and they served us right away, why would we lie.. we also got shake and a grill cheese which was perfect.. and which we paid for .. if we were there causing a problem we would have asked for full refund… anyway, never going there again that’s for sure ..

I ordered 2 burgers and they processed only one burger. I complained to the manager and he was also quite arrogant. He tried to become aggressive and refused to help. Till the end they didn't served us second burger. Me and my wife have to share one burger. The manager told me that he is busy and he has no time for me. When I was there only 2 more customers were there. The restaurant was almost empty and he had no time for customers. Pathetic attitude of the staff. I think 5 Guys need to look into this.
