Big Smoke Burger

I ordered one burger from big Smoke Burger and basically the forgot the meat burger on the fire until it’s burned and I went back to ask them to change it for me, they told me with no respect “no” and nothing to do for u. The customer service is so bad specially the Indian girl she was so un respected person at all.

2 stares only because of fries Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches one fried and one grilled Ate grilled by removing the chicken and fried only one bite and rest threw in garbage Guys chicken was so strechy and over cooked Please fake care of your customers taste Not only bussiness. This is FOOD INDUSTRY GUYS not manufacturing plant or so Disappointed

It’s been a while since I’ve been here. Kind of shocked that two burger combos and side of fries were $48. It’s the last time I’m going there. Great onions rings but that isn’t going to justify the $48 I spent. I’ll go to my local greasy spoon next time, spend less, support my local community and know that I won’t be ripped off.

Terrible First time experience. I ordered a beyond meat burger and it was extremely cold and raw . As if it just came out of the fridge . I took the burger back and they made me a new one within 5 mins. That burger was also cold and raw on the inside as well .’ Ended up throwing the burgers away and going to subway . It was a waste of 25.00 for a burger, fries and a bottled water . I really thought the burger would be top notch for that ridiculous price. I gave it two stars because they did offer to remake me a new burger . However the staff needs to be trained on the correct way to cook the meat . I read the other reviews and this seems to be a common issue at this site .
