Dine in, chicken wrap experience. Meat was definitely off putting, borderline dumpster, smelled, masked by the spicy sauce (the sauce was very nice though). The wrap itself was cold and not warmed as the rest of the food. Staff were disengaged, a complete pass through experience. I'm was not looking for triple AAA dining experience but this time it was a complete dive experience. I honestly hope that management is reading these reviews and is not going to provide a generic 'we are sorry' replies.

Ordered through Drive-thru today and lady was struggling to understand which is fine, took wrong order three times. I asked to repeat the order which was correct and when I went to the window order was messed up. Attitude of the girl at the window was unacceptable, she didn’t even listen to me and behaved like I did order what I was getting. TERRIBLE

Took 20 minutes for someone to take my drive thru order which I was the only car there & they kept telling me to wait a minute & put me on hold. 3 different people took my order and when I finally got my order it was completely wrong & i was charged for 2 extra burgers I didn’t order or receive. Absolutely horrible service and staff nearly threw my order at me and shut the window. I didn’t realize until i drove away that my order was wrong and that I was charged incorrectly. Please hire staff who speak English and can properly take orders…absolutely horrible

Abusive manager!! I 6eat here often the last few months(mar-may '22), almost every day, and it's mostly a really good location... But NOT the days when the old lady in the light Greg shirt is there yelling at her staff like they are stupid(they are not) and micromanaging and rushing them, causing mistakes and stress. Today was not her worse day, but not long ago she had backed up the in-store line up to the door(12+ people) when she told a girl to make a bunch of drinks(the girl said he was for a delayed future skip order and the old lady yelled at her to do it) So no one was taking orders for a LONG time, and by the time she was done taking everyone's order, the drinks were just sitting there still. If I knew her schedule I would go to McDonalds instead to avoid her bad management (and its horrible to watch her abuse the employees...)
