Order: Margherita Flatbread Pizza and a Pitcher, $41.80 Here's my TASTY review. Time: 5:30PM, Monday Atmosphere: Modern open space. Given it's Monday, wouldn't expect the place to be packed at this time. Have a cool Snooker Ball area (socer+pool mix) section which you can play for a price, $58-$68/hour depending on which play lounge you choose. Not a great place to watch a game, unless you're sitting at the bar. Service: Kind and friendly but caught up in conversations amongst themselves but still very attentive. Thoughts: Cool place to go to with a group of people to play some Snooker Ball. The menu is reasonably priced and kids 12 and under eat free all day Sunday with the purchase of an entrée. Dessert and speciality coffee menu is basic but from what I hear more dessert items are being added. The pizza definitely isn't the tradtional Magherita pizza im used to but more of a regualr cheese pizza with tomatoes and shreds of basil on it and is a little lacking on the sauce. The crust is more like a pan pizza crust rather than a flatbread. Yum Factor: It's OK and good to pick on while having a drink but tasted like frozen pizza but atmosphere is good. Therefore, I give Ballers' Bistro a YUM out of YUMMY.

Great atmosphere! Awesome music selection playing that is not too loud and allows for great social environment. Olga (server) was positive and patient, Vince (manager) took the time to make sure everything was meeting our expectations. Very clean, large soccer/pool areas for groups to have a fun team building experience. Extensive food options and great for groups looking to have some fun at a reasonable price. Great location in Heartland, no shortage of parking. Must visit! Thanks for an awesome time! I 100% will return and refer to friends and family : )

Attended late on a Friday night. Place was busy but we got our pool table in fifteen minutes after enjoying their bar menu. The calamari and onion rings looked amazing and were delicious. It was hilarious and fun playing not only the pool but also the darts. The price for great food and entertainment is on par with going to a movie, except without the disappointment of a crappy film.

I came here on a Saturday night for a friends birthday, and the table we reserved was pushed back half an hour because the previous guest were not done with the room by our reservation time. Isn’t that the point of having a reservation booking? We weren’t advised that we would have a delay until our entire party was there at our designated time. Anyway, we were finally brought to our room and we all had a great time. I love the concept of ballers bistro and we had a lot of fun! The only reason that I wouldn’t give this place five stars is for the wait and pretty terrible customer service. We asked for drinks multiple times before it finally came at the end of our booking time. And it took an unreasonably long time to get our bills settled. Maybe understaffed? I’m sure with more attentive staff, this could be a much better experience.

i had a huge event of 40 people, i called in every few days to make sure everything went perfect for a surprise party. The staff was super nice and friendly, accommodated my every need, The venue is great for gatherings, great food & drinks. There was ample space for everyone. we will be doing parties there again for sure. Thank you so much to all the staff that helped me, we had an amazing time! For anyone reading this, no i am not an employee that works there.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Party of 5, place was quiet for a Saturday night. Food was okay. We weren't offered anything to drink. When we did ask for water it came, but was never offered a top up. No one checked on us the entire night and pricing for the pool game wasn't even discussed, we didn't know how much time we had or what we were paying. At the end of the night, we stood at the door for 5 minutes while staff looked like they were enjoying a meal in the back room. One of the servers walked up to ask if we needed any help. Could have walked out without paying, not sure anyone would have even noticed... Won't be going back anytime soon.
