Pizzaville

Pizzaville is one of my favourites pizza places but I’ll never go back to this one. The place was dirty. Very bad service and to top it off the guy was counting money when I walked in, didn’t wash his hands. Took my order and touch the pizza with his bear hands put it in the oven went back to counting money pulled it out of the oven touched the pizza again throw it on a plate like I was gonna eat it in that dump. When handing food wash you hands or put gloves on. Pizza went into the garbage

No masks. No social distancing. One of the worst experience in my life. Very poor service. Pizza wasn't to my order specifics. have seen rates roaming around in store...its risky guys if you order pizza, i had to throw two pizzas in garbage bin , moreover the owner Mr. Patel is extremely rude. Never visit this place again anytime...i wish i could give minus rating

Let explain why this place is a horrible place to eat. I use to love their food. Delivery can be a bit or miss, the delivery guys will always claim they don't have change to capitalize, not all of them because I have had some who were very honest. The many times I ordered the pizza was burnt was soggy. Only rare occasions it came well cooked. I have a weak stomach so the soggy thing doesn't work so I end up wasting 3 25 dollars of pizza plus tip. Don't bother calling customer service they will tell you we will pass it on to the store. Do you want a free pizza. Don't bother taking it as the next one might come out even worst. Good luck ordering from them and make sure you always have exact change, and check your pizza before paying or tipping them. (Google please allow us to post pics). I wanted to post the two boxes of large pizza my kids and I didn't eat.

This location doesn’t provide qualify expected from Pizzaville. Delivery longer than expected. One pizza had bottom burned. Another extra large pizza had toppings more like for a smaller size. All four pizzas had not as good taste as we had enjoyed from the location on Dundas. If you want good pizza order from other location.

This was an absolute disaster. As you can see by the photos, it's disgusting. I ordered double pepperoni. Got single. Way to rip your customers off. Almost no cheese, very little sauce, dough was old, this and rubbery. I also ordered cheese sticks. Which are supposed to be in abox. Instead these penny pinching morons put them between 2 paper plates, then crush them together which pretty much welds the cheese to the plate,which means you get to either eat paper plate, or no cheese as it's stuck to the plate. Cheap ingredients, cheap location owners, skimping and ripping the customer off by cheating the customer out of ingredients that we're paid for. The pepperoni smelled like cheap dog food, the cheese looked like Play-Doh. Overall I will never order from this location again. An absolutely disgusting experience. 2 pieces of pizza were moved to show how thin the crust is and the almost complete lack of depth to the product. I wouldn't feed this to a starving animal. As an edit.....they offered a refund, never showed up. So, essentially stole my money. Nice.
