Pizza Nova

I came here and politely asked if I may have 3 slices of cheese pizza and one of pepperoni. This was the answer : You want cheese slices? No, I'm not cooking. After that the person turned his back to me and left, went to the back. No bye no nothing. I was left stunned, as I was planning to figure out another vegetarian option I could have. This was at 8:45 on a Wednesday. Their website claims they close at 12 midnight so they could have made a cheese pizza, it's not like I walked in half an hour before closing. Never ever coming to Pizza Nova again, at least for sure not this location. Terrible customer service and the pepperoni pizza that was sliced up on the display was so old and bent up. I'm honestly shocked at the attitude and service of this place.

Great food but will not be returning. Lady at front counter was nasty. Refused to tell us total when paying and refused to give receipt. I requested 3 times and she kept ignoring me. Cook at the back heard everything but ignored my questions too. Come to find out it was over $70 for a large pizza, a regular pizza and wings. Be careful.

My friend ordered a pizza online, and asked me to pick it up on my way. I knew the name it was ordered under and that it was all paid online. When i arrived to pick it up, I realized there is only one man running the whole thing, making pizza and talking to customers, if any. Actually there was no one except for me. When I asked him to check my order to double make sure nothing is left, he raised his voice at me in a very frustrated way. I explained to him that I m not sure what the content of order and that is why I am asking you to double check to avoid mistakes but he looked at me in a very aggressive and rude way, and replied loudly: 'this is your order and I dont know' Then I said can i also order an adfitional slice for myself? And he said look I am busy you have to wait at least 20 mins, you ok? Minimum 20 mins for anslice of pizza! I refused and left! He was not in the mood of working and probably too tired due to short of staff! Never going back to Pizza Nova again.
