Good fries but quite expensive.
The loaded ones are around $11 for large but it seems like they put the same amount of toppings/poutine no matter what size you pick.
We got the large veggie fries & there was very little poutine. A good two thirds of the fries were very dry. If we wanted dry fries, we could have just ordered the regular ones at half the price.

I ordered butter chicken poutine and paid for extra chicken but it is so dry. I took it back to ask them to add extra chicken and the guy refused and said they already did.
The staff is so rude, I know it’s very busy time of the year and it’s easy to forget add ons but atleast admit. (I am sitting in the food court right now and posting this).

I always come to eat here when I go to square one mall. My favourite is Nacho fries. This place is always busy especially on weekend, but the manager seems experienced to handle the order. She is fast and accurate. You should try the food in this location.

The fries over here is delicious and perfectly done all the time. The best dish at this place is poutine and it's so damn yummy you must try it. Moreover they are also providing options in vegetarian like veggie fries and nacho fries those are also delicious you must try it.

First time trying New York Fries and definitely my last. The service here was slow which is fine. I don't mind waiting. But to have to wait for overpriced food that doesnt taste good, was a no no. The fries were soaked in oil and there wasnt enough gravy or toppings. Tasted super bland with a side of oil. We ordered the large veggie poutine I believe it was called. Still makes my stomach upset thinking about it.

First time ever I trued their fried and oh my god!!!! I AM IN LOVEEEEE🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 They were so good, I finished a large portion all by myself. I loved it😍😍😍 Will try again for sureeee!!!

I love this place. The food is delicious. Classic poutine and hotdog is my favourite. Great customer service. Very friendly. The lady manager seems so experienced in handling my order eventhough they are very busy on weekend. I will always coming back here.
